1. Read carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS before operating.
2. Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may
result in serious personal injury.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1.Gasoline, and fluids with high volatility, high corrosion, high temperature
are forbidden to be applied on the extractor.
2.Do not use the unit to extract or store' dangerous chemicals, poisons,
acids, alkaline, or solvents. If such liquids are accidentally used in the unit,
it must be drained immediately.
3.Do not disassemble the structure by yourself unless necessary to avoid
leakage or damage to the vacuum pump.
4.The maximum temperature of the liquid is recommended not to exceed
60 degrees to avoid burns.
5. The safety precautions and instructions given in this manual are unable
to cover in detail all the conditions and situations that may arise.
6. The operator and/or user must use common sense and caution when
operating the product especially for any matters that are not referred to the
above.
7. The use of any accessories other than those recommended by the
manufacturer or stated in the instructions manual may result in injury or
may cause damages.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Step 1 .To make the extraction job smooth and easy, evacuate the oil while
it is warm. Cool down the engine at least 15 minutes after driving.
Working temperature between:35F-140F.
Step 2 . Remove the tank cover, select a suitable tube to insert. If the hose
is not long enough, connect an extension tube to the main tube, until it
reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
Step 3 . Extract Oil.
Pneumatic mode: Connect the 1/4" NPT quick coupler to the air
compressor or air source. Set the the operating pressure between
0.4~0.8Mpa.
Manual mode: Close the air inlet valve. Make sure the tubes are
connected tightly.
Pump the fluid extractor with your hands.

Step 4. Remove the main tube clockwise.The air source must be
disconnected in pneumatic mode.

Pour out the used fluid to another container and take it to the nearby
disposal center for recycling.
WARNING
1) Do not extract the oil over the limit line on the tank, the bottom line helps
prevent any spilling.
2) If the fluid goes over the limit line, it might flow into the vacuum chamber
and cause leaking from bottom.
3) Noted that the fluid should not be over the limit line while pouring.
MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect periodically all parts and accessories and replace them if
damaged or used.
2. Have damaged parts replaced by an authorized service center.
3. Check the nuts periodically and tighten them if they are loose.
4. Keep the product properly maintained and clean for better and safer
performance.
5. After use, it is recommended to clean the product to preserve.

Étape 1. Pour faciliter l'extraction, évacuez l'huile lorsqu'elle est chaude.
Laissez refroidir le moteur au moins 15 minutes après avoir conduit.
Température de fonctionnement entre : 35°F et 140°F.
Étape 2. Retirez le couvercle du réservoir, sélectionnez un tube approprié
à insérer. Si le tuyau n'est pas assez long, connectez un tube de rallonge
au tube principal, jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne le fond du carter d'huile.
Étape 3. Extraire l'huile.
Pneumatique mode : Connectez le raccord rapide 1/4" NPT à l'air
compresseur ou source d'air . Réglez la pression de fonctionnement entre
0,4 et 0,8 MPa.
Manuel mode : Fermez la vanne d'admission d'air . Assurez-vous que
les tubes sont bien raccordés .
Pomper l'extracteur de fluide avec vos mains.

Étape 4. Retirez le principal tube dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
La source d'air doit être déconnectée en mode pneumatique .
Versez le liquide usagé dans un autre récipient et apportez-le au centre
d'élimination le plus proche pour le recyclage .
AVERTISSEMENT
2) Ne pas extraire l'huile au-delà de la ligne limite du réservoir, la ligne
inférieure permet d'éviter tout déversement.
2) Si le fluide dépasse la ligne limite, il peut s'écouler dans la chambre à
vide et provoquer une fuite par le bas.
3) Notez que le liquide ne doit pas dépasser la ligne limite lors du
versement.
MAINTENANCE
1. Inspectez périodiquement toutes les pièces et accessoires et
remplacez-les s'ils sont endommagés ou usés.

2. Faites remplacer les pièces endommagées par un centre de service
agréé.
3. Vérifiez régulièrement les écrous et serrez-les s'ils sont desserrés.
4. Maintenez le produit correctement entretenu et propre pour des
performances meilleures et plus sûres.
5. Après utilisation, il est recommandé de nettoyer le produit pour le
conserver .

Schritt 1. Damit das Abpumpen reibungslos und einfach geht, pumpen Sie
das Öl ab, solange es noch warm ist. Lassen Sie den Motor nach der Fahrt

Schritt 3. Öl extrahieren.
Pneumatisch Modus : Schließen Sie die 1/4" NPT-Schnellkupplung an
die Luft an Kompressor oder Luftquelle . Stellen Sie den Betriebsdruck
zwischen 0,4 und 0,8 MPa ein.
Handbuch Modus : Schließen Sie das Lufteinlassventil . Stellen Sie
sicher , dass die Schläuche fest angeschlossen sind .
Pumpen Sie den Flüssigkeitsextraktor mit Ihren Händen.

Schritt 4. Entfernen Sie den Hauptschalter Rohr im Uhrzeigersinn. Im
pneumatischen Modus muss die Luftquelle getrennt werden .
Gießen Sie die verbrauchte Flüssigkeit in einen anderen Behälter um und
bringen Sie sie zum Recycling zum nächstgelegenen
Entsorgungszentrum .
WARNUNG
3) Pumpen Sie das Öl nicht über die Begrenzungslinie am Tank ab. Die
untere Linie verhindert ein Verschütten.
2) Wenn die Flüssigkeit die Grenzlinie überschreitet, kann sie in die
Vakuumkammer fließen und ein Leck am Boden verursachen.
3) Beachten Sie, dass die Flüssigkeit beim Eingießen die Grenzlinie nicht
überschreiten darf.

MAINTENANCE
1. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Teile und Zubehörteile und ersetzen Sie

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Fase 1. Per rendere il lavoro di estrazione agevole e semplice, evacuare
l'olio mentre è caldo. Raffreddare il motore almeno 15 minuti dopo la guida.
Temperatura di esercizio compresa tra 35 °F e 140 °F.
Fase 2 . Togliere il coperchio del serbatoio, selezionare un tubo adatto da
inserire. Se il tubo non è abbastanza lungo, collegare un tubo di prolunga
al tubo principale, fino a raggiungere il fondo della coppa dell'olio.
Fase 3. Estrarre l'olio.
Pneumatico modalità : Collegare l'attacco rapido NPT da 1/4" all'aria
compressore o fonte d'aria . Impostare la pressione di esercizio tra 0,4~0,8
MPa.
Manuale modalità : Chiudere la valvola di ingresso dell'aria . Assicurarsi
che i tubi siano collegati saldamente .
Pompare l'estrattore di liquidi con le mani.

Fare un passo 4. Rimuovere il principale tubo in senso orario. La fonte
d'aria deve essere scollegata in modalità pneumatica .
Versare il liquido usato in un altro contenitore e portarlo al più vicino centro
di smaltimento per il riciclaggio .
AVVERTIMENTO
4) Non estrarre l'olio oltre la linea di limite indicata sul serbatoio: la linea
inferiore aiuta a prevenire eventuali fuoriuscite.
2) Se il fluido supera la linea limite, potrebbe fluire nella camera a vuoto e
causare perdite dal fondo.
3) Si noti che il fluido non deve superare la linea di limite durante il
versamento.
MAINTENANCE

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

4.Se recomienda que la temperatura máxima del líquido no supere los 60

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Paso 1. Para que la extracción sea sencilla y sin complicaciones, extraiga
el aceite mientras esté tibio. Deje enfriar el motor al menos 15 minutos
después de conducir.
Temperatura de trabajo entre: 35F-140F.
Paso 2 . Quitar la tapa del tanque, seleccionar un tubo adecuado para
insertar. Si la manguera no es lo suficientemente larga, conectar un tubo
de extensión al tubo principal, hasta que llegue al fondo del cárter de
aceite.
Paso 3. Extraer el aceite.
Neumático modo : Conecte el acoplador rápido NPT de 1/4" al aire
Compresor o fuente de aire . Ajuste la presión de funcionamiento entre 0,4
y 0,8 Mpa.
Manual modo : Cierre la válvula de entrada de aire . Asegúrese de que
los tubos estén bien conectados .
Bombee el extractor de líquido con las manos.

Paso 4. Retire el principal tubo en sentido horario.La fuente de aire debe
estar desconectada en modo neumático .
Vierta el líquido usado en otro recipiente y llévelo al centro de eliminación
cercano para su reciclaje .
ADVERTENCIA
5) No extraiga el aceite por encima de la línea de límite del tanque, la
línea inferior ayuda a evitar derrames.
2) Si el fluido supera la línea límite, podría fluir hacia la cámara de vacío y
provocar fugas desde la parte inferior.
3) Tenga en cuenta que el líquido no debe superar la línea límite al
verterlo.
MAINTENANCE

Krok 1. Aby ułatwić i usprawnić ekstrakcję, usuń olej, gdy jest ciepły.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Stap 1. Om de extractieklus soepel en gemakkelijk te laten verlopen,
verwijdert u de olie terwijl deze warm is. Laat de motor ten minste 15
minuten afkoelen na het rijden.
Werktemperatuur tussen: 35F-140F.
Stap 2. Verwijder het tankdeksel, kies een geschikte buis om in te voegen.
Als de slang niet lang genoeg is, sluit dan een verlengbuis aan op de
hoofdbuis, totdat deze de bodem van de oliepan bereikt.
Stap 3. Olie extraheren.
Pneumatisch modus : Sluit de 1/4" NPT snelkoppeling aan op de lucht
compressor of luchtbron . Stel de werkdruk in tussen 0,4~0,8Mpa.
Handmatig modus : Sluit de luchtinlaatklep . Zorg ervoor dat de buizen
goed zijn aangesloten .
Pomp de vloeistofextractor met uw handen.

Giet de gebruikte vloeistof in een andere container en breng deze naar het
dichtstbijzijnde afvalverwerkingscentrum voor recycling .
WAARSCHUWING
7) Zuig de olie niet verder op dan de limietlijn op de tank. De onderste lijn
helpt morsen te voorkomen.
2) Als de vloeistof de grenslijn overschrijdt, kan deze in de vacuümkamer
stromen en lekkage aan de onderkant veroorzaken.
3) Houd er rekening mee dat de vloeistof niet boven de grenslijn mag
komen tijdens het gieten.
MAINTENANCE
1. Controleer regelmatig alle onderdelen en accessoires en vervang ze als
ze beschadigd of versleten zijn.
2. Laat beschadigde onderdelen vervangen door een erkend
servicecentrum.
3. Controleer de moeren regelmatig en draai ze vast als ze los zitten.
4. Zorg ervoor dat het product goed onderhouden en schoon is, zodat het
beter en veiliger presteert.
5. Na gebruik is het raadzaam het product schoon te maken om het te
behouden .

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Steg 1 . För att göra utvinningsarbetet smidigt och enkelt, evakuera oljan
medan den är varm. Kyl ner motorn minst 15 minuter efter körning.
Arbetstemperatur mellan:35F-140F.
Steg 2 . Ta bort tanklocket, välj ett lämpligt rör att sätta in. Om slangen inte
är tillräckligt lång, anslut ett förlängningsrör till huvudröret tills det når
botten av oljetråget.
Steg 3 . Extrahera olja.
Pneumatisk läge : Anslut 1/4" NPT snabbfästet till luften kompressor eller
luftkälla . Ställ in driftstrycket mellan 0,4~0,8Mpa.
Manuell läge : Stäng luftinloppsventilen . Se till att rören är ordentligt
anslutna .
Pumpa vätskeavskiljaren med händerna.
Manuell Pneumatisk
Steg 4. Ta bort huvudet röret medurs. Luftkällan måste kopplas bort i
pneumatiskt läge .

Häll ut den använda vätskan i en annan behållare och ta med den till en
närliggande återvinningsstation för återvinning .
VARNING
8) Extrahera inte oljan över gränslinjen på tanken, bottenlinjen hjälper till
att förhindra spill.
2) Om vätskan går över gränslinjen kan den rinna in i vakuumkammaren
och orsaka läckage från botten.
3) Noterade att vätskan inte bör vara över gränslinjen under hällning.
MAINTENANCE
1. Inspektera regelbundet alla delar och tillbehör och byt ut dem om de är
skadade eller används.
2. Låt ett auktoriserat servicecenter byta ut skadade delar.
3. Kontrollera muttrarna med jämna mellanrum och dra åt dem om de sitter
lösa.
4. Håll produkten ordentligt underhållen och ren för bättre och säkrare
prestanda.
5. Efter användning rekommenderas det att rengöra produkten för att
konservera .
