MOUNTING AND INSTALLATION
Choose a Mounting Location
• Select a location in your vehicle with low vibration, adequate ventilation, minimal
dust, and no moisture.
• Allow airow over the cooling ns.
• Position the amp and use a scribe or screw through each mounting hole to mark
the surface. If mounting on carpet, measure hole centers and mark with a felt-tip
pen.
Caution:
• Check behind the mounting surface for wires, lines, or devices before drilling!
• Drill pilot holes, insert the mounting screws, and tighten securely.
Electrical Connections
• Use at least 8-gauge wire for power and ground connections.
• Connect directly to the car battery.
• Keep the ground wire as short as possible, connected to a solid chassis ground.
• Wire the Remote terminal to the auto start lead from your head unit, equalizer,
or power antenna.
Fuse Information
Pyramid Arctic Series ampliers have built-in fuse systems to protect both the
amp and your vehicle. Only replace with a fuse of the same type and rating.
Using a dierent fuse can cause damage or re.

CONTROLS & INDICATORS
Crossover Mode Selector:
• “FULL” for normal full-range systems
• “LOWPASS” or “HIGHPASS” for ltered output
Input Level Control:
• Match the output of your head unit to the amp.
• Set the head unit volume around 2 o’clock, adjust the amp gain until distortion
occurs, then back o slightly.
Low Pass Frequency Control:
Sets the upper frequency limit when “LOWPASS” is selected.
High Pass Frequency Control:
Sets the lower frequency limit when “HIGHPASS” is selected.
Bass Boost Level Control: Adjusts bass up to +18 dB.

Low-Level Inputs: Gold-plated RCA jacks for high-impedance stereo output.
High-Level Inputs: For stereos without RCA output jacks (connect speaker
output leads here).
Power LED: Illuminates when power is applied.
Protection LED: Illuminates when protection mode is activated.
Power Fuse: The fuse protects the amplier and your car’s electrical system from
short circuit conditions.
Power Terminals: Use these connectors to deliver power, ground, and remote
turn-on control to the amplier.
Speaker Connections: These terminals are 14K gold-plated to guarantee high
conductivity and minimal signal loss.

• Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
Maintenance
• Periodically check wiring connections and clean terminals if corroded
• Inspect the cooling ns and ensure they remain unobstructed
• Test performance occasionally to conrm optimal operation
Storage
• Store in a dry, dust-free environment
• Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity
• Cover the amplier to prevent dust buildup when not in use
