The product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period of one year from the date of original purchase when delivered to you in new
condition in its original container, warranty repair or replacement shall not extend the original
warranty period of the product, a dated proof of purchase is required at the time of warranty
service, a copy of your dated bill of sale will satisfy this requirement.
This warranty does not cover accessories or consumables, such as light bulbs, as to which
there shall be no warranty or replacement.
This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not
apply to the following cases:

15. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the appliance.
16. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use
on soft surfaces, like a bed, where opening may become blocked.
17. This appliance has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint or flamable liquids are used or stored. This fireplace should not be used
as a drying rack for clothing. Christmas stockings or decorations should not be hung in
the area of it.

19. This heater may include a visual alarm to warn that parts of the heater are getting
excessive hot. If the alarm flash immediately turn the heater off and inspect for any
objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause high temperatures.

CAUTION – High temperature, keep electrical cords, drapery,

3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of
the heater and away from the side and rear.
Plug into an appropriate voltage AC 120V outlet, The unit will enter standby mode with
display screen on red. Your heater is ready for use now.The flame effect feature is majority
red visible from a point 10 feet (3 m) in front of the center of the heater and 5 feet (1.5 m)
above the floor, and it is energized whenever the on-off switch is in the on position.

OPERATION

Press the button to power on or off the unit.
Press and hold about 10 seconds during powering on to lock the unit, the front flame effect
display will flash. Hold again for about 10 seconds to unlock.
Press the button repeatedly to switch to desired temperature from 17 to 27
(62 to 82 ).

Press the button repeatedly to set the timer to 30 minutes, 1H to 9H or 00 (off).
Press the button to power on or off the unit.
Press the button repeatedly to switch to F5 to F1 or set off flame level.

The thermostat sensor
is broken or disconnected.

Unplug the replace, remove the
back panel of the replace and
check that the thermostat is plugged
into the main circuit board. If this
does not solve the problem, contact
customer service for a replacement
thermostat sensor.

that the air inlets and outlets are
not blocked as this may cause
overheating. Unplug the heater for
30 minutes and allow it to cool down.
