Operation:
1. Clean the bowl and attachments before use.
2. Put your ingredients into the bowl
Note:
A. The stand mixer body is not required if the total
weight is less than 170g.
B. The maximum capacity for our is 800g.
3. The mixing bowl should be set in the holder (SM3)
4. Install the beaters or hooks into the Hand Mixer body.

Note: Make sure the hooks are installed in the correct holes.
5. Lock the Hand Mixer (HM3) into the Stand (SM3)
6. Make sure the speed button is on “0” before plugging into mains.
7. There are 5 speeds for choosing. The details are as follows
(our is used as an example).

8. Once it has nished working, please press the unlock button and
remove the hand mixer.
9. Press the eject button to remove the attachments.

Precaution
Make sure the
household voltage
corresponds with the
voltage on
the rating label (220V –
240V).

Make sure the plug pins align with
the socket when inserting as incorrect
alignment may damage the pins.
Switch off the socket and gently remove
the plug from the wall outlet.
Do not pull the power
cord. Always hold the
plug rmly and pull out
of the socket.
Do not use any
metal objects or
harsh materials
near the mixer as
it may scratch the
surface.
Always disconnect the appliance from the
socket if it is not in use, left unattended or
being assembled/disassembled.
Hooks should be installed in the
correct holes.
Please stop the mixer after every 3 min-
utes of operation and allow it to cool down
for 15 mins before using again. This will
ensure the long lifespan of the product.
The beater and dough hook must not be
used at the same time.
Please make sure the mixer is switched
off before attaching the beater/dough
hooks.
Any accessories not supplied by Duronic
specically for this model are not
recommended for use.

Cleaning and maintenance
Always make sure the appliance is
switched off and plugged out before any
cleaning or maintenance.
Always clean the motor and housing of the
appliance with a soft dry cloth.
The attachments, tray and mixing bowl
can be immersed in water for cleaning.
Do not use a metal or nylon brush to clean
the product surface. Also avoid using
harsh chemical cleaners so it does not
damage the material of the product.

6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Geschwindigkeitsregler auf ‘O‘ steht, bevor Sie
den Stecker einstecken.
7. Wählen Sie die geeignete Geschwindigkeit anhand des folgenden Beispiels
mit Mehl aus:

• Auf Stufe 1 wird der Mixer 40-50 Sekunden brauchen, um Wasser mit
Mehl zu vermengen.
• Auf Stufe 2 wird der Mixer 30-40 Sekunden brauchen, um Wasser mit Mehl zu
vermengen.
• Auf Stufe 3 wird der Mixer 1 -2 Minuten brauchen, um einen grob-
gemischtenTeig herzustellen.
• Auf Stufe 4 wird der Mixer 2 Minuten brauchen, um einen elastischen Teig
herzustellen.
• Auf Stufe 5 wird der Mixer 3 Minuten brauchen, um einen äußerst

8. Sobald der Vorgang beendet ist, drücken Sie den Entriegelungshebel, um
den Handmixer zu entnehmen.
9. Entnehmen Sie jeglichen abnehmbaren Teile, in dem Sie den Auswurfknopf

Funcionamiento:
1.
Antes de utilizar limpie bien las piezas que entren en contacto
con los alimentos.
2.
Inserte los ingredientes dentro del bol.
Nota:
A. No es necesario el cuerpo principal si el peso total es menos

B. La capacidad máxima de harina es de 800g.

Asegúrese de que el botón de velocidad esté en la posición "0" antes de
enchufarlo a la red eléctrica.

Precauciones
Asegúrese de que el

Pulire la ciotola e gli accessori prima dell’uso.

Versare gli ingredienti all’interno della ciotola

Assicurare lo sbattitore (HM3) nella palnetaria (SM3)

Assicurarsi che il pulsante della velocità sia su “0” prima di collegare
l’apparecchio alla presa di corrente.

Sono presenti 5 livelli di velocità. Le funzioni sono come di seguente:
