3. Set Time and Date.
4. Once readings from the sensor appear on your station, mount the sensor
outside in a shaded location.

changes, to enter the Settings Menu.
2. Press and release the button to adjust
values. Hold to adjust quickly.

confirm values and move to the next setting or exit.

and low temperature records with time and date.

Reset Temperature Records
1. Press and release the button to view individual records.
2. While viewing a record, hold the to reset the individual
record.

Temperature Trend Arrow
Temperature Trend Arrow: Updates every 15 minutes.
The arrows will reflect a change in temperature (2ºF/1ºC) over the
past hour.

Forecast
The station uses changes in barometric pressure to predict your weather
to come. This is represented by the 6 forecast scenes below. The Forecast
Icons may not represent your current weather. They are a future prediction

Forecast Animation
When a sunny or clear forecast is predicted, you will see:
Animated Birds between 7:00am-6:59pm or Animated Stars from 7:00pm-6:59am.
Birds 7:00am to 6:59pm with sunny forecast.

Animation ON/OFF
Press and release the button to turn the
animations on or off. With the animations off, all Birds
will show during the day, and all stars will show at
night during a clear forecast.

The foliage scene in the forecast section changes seasonally. The dates
are pre-programmed.

Sensor Mounting
For Accurate Temperature Measurements
• Insert a mounting screw through the hole at the top to
securely mount the sensor. It can also hang from the
back using a nail.
• Mount the sensor vertically in a protected well-shaded
area. Keeping it out of direct weather elements such
as sunlight, rain, snow, etc. will help avoid inaccurate
readings.
• For additional protection against weather elements, a
Sensor Weather Shield: bit.ly/weather-shield can be
purchased separately.
• The maximum wireless transmission range to the station
is up to 330ft (100m) in open air. This does not include
walls, floors, or other large obstructions.

Moon Phase
The moon phase is based on the Lunar Calendar and the year, month, and
date settings. Moon Phase will show from 7:00pm to 6:59am regardless of
the forecast.

If you are seeing “NO” or dashes for the sensor readings, please try the
following steps:
1. Hold the
button to search for the sensor.
The Reception Indicator will begin to animate.
2. If after 3 minutes the sensor still isn’t connected, bring the sensor inside next
to the display and remove power from the sensor and station.
3. Press any button on the station 20 times and leave the parts sit for a few
moments with the power o.
4. Install a new set of alkaline batteries into the sensor, then power up your
station again.
5. If your sensor data is still not appearing after these steps, please contact our

When batteries of dierent brand or type are used together, or new and old batteries are used together, some batteries may
