Instrucciones para Instalar el Balanceador Armónico
Important: Do not use with impact wrench.
DRIVER SCREW WITH ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose the correct Adapter and thread the Jam Nut onto the proper end of the Adapter.
2. Screw the Adapter and Jam Nut into end of Driver Screw. Tighten Jam Nut. Screw other end of Adapter into the crankshaft.
3. Put the Balancer or Pulley on the Driver Screw.
4. Place the Spacer (if needed), Thrust Bearing, Washer and Flanged Nut behind the Balancer or Pulley on the Driver Screw. The
1.75" Spacer allows the tool to work more effectively on deep harmonic balancers. Turn the Flanged Nut clockwise until Balancer
or Pulley is in position.
M12 x 1.75 ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the washer and thrust bearing on the M12 x 1.75 nut/stud assembly, then place the harmonic balancer on the assembly.
2. Thread the stud by hand into the harmonic balancer bolt hole in the craknshaft until it bottoms out.
3. Tighten the nut by hand to begin moving the harmonic balancer into position.
4. Finish tightening the nut with a 1" wrench until the harmonic balancer is in place.
Important : Ne pas utiliser une clé rotative.
DRIVER SCREW WITH ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Choisissez le bon adaptateur et enfilez le contre-écrou dans l’extrémité appropriée de l’adaptateur.
2. Vissez l’adaptateur et le contre-écrou dans l’extrémité du tournebois. Resserrez le contre-écrou. Vissez l’autre extrémité de
l’adaptateur dans le vilebrequin.
3. Insérez le balancier ou la poulie sur le tournebois.
4. Insérez ensuite la bague d’espacement (au besoin), le palier de butée, rondelle et l’écrou à collerette derrière le balancier ou la
poulie sur le tournebois. L'entretoise de 1,75 po améliore l'efficacité de l'outil sur les amortisseurs de vibrations de torsion
profonds. Faites tourner l’écrou à collerette dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce que le balancier ou la poulie soit
en position.

Importante: No usar con llave de impacto
DRIVER SCREW WITH ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Seleccionar el adaptador adecuado y enroscarle la contratuerca en el extremo apropiado.
2. Enroscar el adaptador con la contratuerca en el extremo del eje impulsor. Ajustar la contratuerca. Enroscar el otro extremo del
adaptador en el cigüeñal.
3. Colocar el balanceador o polea en el eje impulsor.
4. Instalar el espaciador (si se requiere), el cojinete impulsor, arandela y la tuerca bridada en el eje impulsor detrás del balanceador
o polea. El espaciador de 1,75" (4,4 cm) permite que la herramienta funcione de manera más eficiente con balanceadores
armónicos profundos. Girar la tuerca bridada en el sentido del reloj hasta que el balanceador o polea quede en posición.
