INTENDED USE Only use the Cookware for its
intended purpose and within the parameters
specified in this manual.
This
Cookware is for domestic use only.
The Cookware is not intended for use by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
supervised or given appropriate instruction concerning
the product’s use by a person
responsible for their safety.
BEFORE FIRST USE Before using your Cookware for
the first time, remove all packaging, stickers and labels
from the product and store or dispose of
safely.
Wash the Cookware thoroughly in warm, clean,
soapy water with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Dry thoroughly using a clean, dry cloth or paper
towel. Never allow the Cookware to air-dry naturally
as this can tarnish the surface.
GENERAL SAFETY The Cookware is not suitable for
use in a dishwasher.
The Cookware is not suitable for use in microwave
ovens. Never handle with bare hands. Use a suitable
heat-resistant oven glove, grasping firmly by the
handle(s) where applicable.
Never subject to sudden temperature changes as
this may cause damage to the product.
Never use sharp or metal utensils, knives or implements
with your Cookware. To protect the product, we
recommend using silicone,
heat-resistant plastic or wooden tools.
Sharp knocks, impact or dropping your cast iron
oven-ware can cause damage. Do not use damaged
items.

IMPORTANT Always dry the base of your cookware
before cooking.
IMPORTANT Always match the base to the hob or heat
zone. Gas ames must always be conned to the base
area and never allowed to extend up and around the
sides of your Cookware. Take care to centre your
cookware to get the most from your hob.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Always wash after each
use. Wash in warm, clean, soapy water with a mild deter-
gent and soft sponge. Dry thoroughly
afterwards and preseason with a spoonful of oil.
Never use to store food. Residue, salts, sugars and acids
released by food can damage the Cookware.
Use a wooden or silicone spatula to scrape any
residual food from the surface of the Cookware.
If there is any food baked onto the cookware,
sprinkle a generous amount of salt onto the surface and
use a paper towel to scour away any build-up. Use a
damp cloth to remove and salt and reason the cookware
with a spoonful of cooking oil.
Always allow the Cookware to cool fully before
attempting any cleaning or storage.
Do not immerse in, or ll with, cold water when hot.
Do not use any metal, harsh abrasive or very sti pads/
washing up brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents on any
of the surfaces.
It is recommended that you place a paper towel
between Cookware if stacking to prevent damage to the
surfaces.
