Before using your Stove top Kettle for the first time, remove all packaging, stickers and labels from the product and
store or dispose of safely.
Fill the Kettle with cold water and boil on the stove. Once boiled, allow to cool before discarding of the water and
washing the inside. This will help remove any manufacturing residue. Repeat this process around 2 or 3 times before
initial use.
Wash your cookware thoroughly in warm, clean, soapy water with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly
using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.
IMPORTANT: Never allow the Stove Top Kettle to air-dry naturally as this can tarnish the surface.
CAUTION: Never fill the Kettle beyond the MAX fill marker.
CAUTION: Always use a suitable heat-resistant dry oven glove or cloth when handling the Stove Top Kettle during and
after use. The Kettle may take some time to cool after use.
DO NOT leave the Kettle simmering for long periods as it may boil dry, permanently damaging the base.
Should dry boiling occur - Gently remove from the heat, keeping the base level, and allow to completely cool.
IMPORTANT: Always match the base of your cookware to the hob or heat zone it is to be used on. Gas flames must
always be confined to the base area and never allowed to extend up and around the sides of your Kettle. Take care to
centre the Kettle to get the most from your hob.
CAUTION: The Stove Top Kettle should never be used on a maximum, boost or high heat setting for any extended
period of time.
On any hob (particularly glass top or induction), always lift the Kettle on and off. Never slide the Kettle as this may
cause damage to the base of the Kettle as well as to the surface of your hob.
DO NOT twist the handle as this may damage the product or cause injury.
DO NOT subject your Stove Top Kettle to any sharp knocks or extreme changes in temperature as this can severely
damage the product.
To minimise lime scale build up, ensure you empty the Kettle at the end of the day. ALWAYS fill with fresh, clean water
before every use rather than top up existing water inside.
