SPECIAL CORD SET
INSTRUCTIONS
A short power-supply cord is provided to
reduce the risks resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords may be used if care is
exercised in their use.
If an extension cord is used, the marked
electrical rating of the extension cord must
be at least as great as the electrical rating of
the appliance, and the longer cord should be
arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped over.
NOTICE
This appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit
into a polarized outlet only one way
. If the
plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug
in any way.
OPERATING NOTICE
Clogging and backing up of water and/or
coffee in the filter basket can occur under
any or a combination of any of the following
conditions: The use of too finely ground
coffee, using two or more paper filters, using
the gold-tone filter in conjunction with a
paper filter or not properly cleaning coffee
grounds from the gold-tone filter, or allowing
coffee grounds to spill over the filter.
Caution: Never open the filter basket during
the brewing cycle, even if no water is
draining from the filter basket, because
extremely hot water/coffee can spill out from
the filter basket and cause injury. If water/
coffee is not draining from the filter basket
during the brewing cycle, unplug the unit
and wait 10 minutes before opening and
checking the filter basket.

1. Place the box on a large, sturdy,
flat surface.

Remove literature.

THE QUEST
FOR THE PERFECT
CUP OF COFFEE
Element 1: Water
Coffee is 98% water. The quality of that
water is as important as the quality of
your coffee. If water doesn’t taste good
from the tap, it won’t taste good in your
coffee. Cuisinart includes a charcoal
water filter to remove chlorine, bad
tastes and odors for the purest coffee
flavor, every time you brew.
Element 2: Coffee
While coffee is 98% water, all of the
flavor comes from the beans. To achieve
the same great taste you enjoy at a
coffee bar, you need to use the same
quality of coffee. If you choose to grind
your own beans, buy them fresh and
whole. Buy only about a two-week
supply at a time, because once the bean
is broken, its flavor degrades quickly.
Element 3: Grind
The grind is critical for proper flavor
extraction. If the grind is too fine, over-
extraction and bitterness will result. Too
fine a grind may also clog the filter. If
grind is too coarse, the water will pass
through too quickly and the maximum
flavor will not be extracted. When
grinding your own beans, we
recommend a medium-fine grind.
Element 4: Proportion
Coffee that is too strong or too weak is
always a disappointment. Follow the
recommended portions of ground coffee
in the instructions under MAKING
COFFEE, and later adjust the amount to
suit your taste.

Lets you turn an audible “Brew Cycle
Finished” alert on or off.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CONTROL PANEL

Charcoal Water Filter
Your coffeemaker comes with a charcoal
water filter that eliminates chlorine, bad
tastes and odors from tap water.
Inserting the Water Filter
• Remove the filter from polybag and soak it,
fully immersed, in cold tap water for 15
minutes.
• Lift the water filter holder out of the water
reservoir.
• Press down on the filter compartment and
pull toward you to open.
• Place filter into the holder and snap it
closed. Be careful – improper placement
can tear the filter skin.
• Flush filter by running
cold tap water through
holes in bottom of
compartment for
10 seconds.
• Allow the filter to drain
completely.
•
Slide the water filter holder
back into the channel in the
water reservoir, pushing it
down to the base of the unit
.
NOTE: We recommend
changing the water filter
every 60 days or after 60
uses, and more often if
you have hard water.

BEFORE BREWING YOUR
FIRST POT OF COFFEE
Rinsing your coffeemaker: During the
manufacturing process, dust can get trapped
in the unit. We recommend flushing out the
system before brewing your first pot of
coffee. Simply fill the reservoir, power on the
unit, and follow steps 1, 3 and 5 on page 8
under MAKING COFFEE. Do not add coffee!
PROGRAMMING YOUR
COFFEEMAKER
SETTING THE CLOCK
When the coffeemaker is plugged in, 12:00
will flash in the display for 10 seconds,
indicating the unit is in Clock Set mode. If
12:00 stops flashing, simply press and hold
Hour or Minute button to return to flashing
Clock Set mode.
Setting Hours and Minutes
Press either button to select the desired
time. Hold buttons down to scr
oll through
the digits quickly, or press and release to
advance one digit at a time. Be sure the PM
indicator is on if setting a PM time.
SETTING THE AUTO ON TIME
1. Press the Program button.
The digital display will flash the default
(12:00) or pr
eviously selected time.
Follow directions under SETTING THE
CLOCK (above) to program your start-
brew time. Five seconds after finishing,
the unit will automatically exit Auto On
Setup mode and the Auto On light will
illuminate, letting you know Auto On
is activated.
NOTE:
To exit Auto On Setup mode, you
can also just press Program button again.
2. To activate Auto On using previously
selected time:
Press the Auto On button. Previously set
time will appear and indicator will light
up. Display will r
eturn to clock setting.
3. To deactivate Auto On:
Press illuminated Auto On button; light
will go of
f, indicating mode is turned off.

Tone that beeps 5 times when coffee is

ewing. To turn this alert off,
press Tone button; an icon will appear
in display to indicate tone is off. To turn

MAKING COFFEE
Follow instructions in BEFORE
BREWING YOUR FIRST POT OF COFFEE
(page 7).
1.
Fill the water reservoir
Lift the coffeemaker lid to open. Pour the
desired amount of water into the water
reservoir using the water level indicator
located at the side of the coffeemaker.
2.
Add the ground coffee
Insert a #4 paper filter OR the gold-tone
filter. Be sure that the paper filter is com-
pletely open and fully inserted in the bas-
ket. It may help to fold and flatten the
seams of a paper filter befor
ehand. Add
1 level scoop of ground coffee per cup.
Adjust the amount accor
ding to taste.
NOTE: The maximum capacity for ground
coffee is 15 tablespoons for this coffeemaker.
Exceeding this amount may cause overflow if
the coffee is too finely ground.
3. Position carafe and plug in unit
Place carafe in unit and be sure
coffeemaker lid is closed. Plug coffeemaker
into an electrical outlet.
4. Set preferences
a. Press the 1–4 cup button if you are
br
ewing fewer than 5 cups. The indicator
light will illuminate.
b.
Pr
ess the Bold button to select stronger
coffee flavor, if desired. The button’s
indicator light will illuminate. Press again
to turn off light and brew at regular
strength.

brewing.
6.
After brewing
When the brewing cycle has been
completed, five beeps will sound.
Coffee will continue to stream from
the filter for several seconds.
Note: Reservoir cover may be hot during
and directly after brewing. Wait at least
10 minutes before opening.
Helpful Hint: Using cold water
in the carafe can affect brewed coffee
temperatur
e. “Preheat” your carafe by
rinsing it out with hot water before
brewing.

CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE
Always turn coffeemaker off and remove
the plug from the electrical outlet before
cleaning.
Lift up the cof
feemaker lid. Remove and
discard the paper filter and ground coffee.
The filter basket can be washed in warm,
soapy water and rinsed thoroughly, or
cleaned in the upper rack of the dishwasher.
Dry all parts after use.
Do not put any water in the unit once the
filter basket has been removed. Wipe the
area under the filter basket with a damp
cloth.
Remove the carafe from the resting plate.
Discard any remaining coffee. The carafe and
lid can be washed in warm, soapy water and
rinsed thoroughly, or placed in a dishwasher.
The carafe and carafe lid should be placed
on the upper rack only.
Do not use any scouring agents or harsh
cleansers on any part of the coffeemaker.
Never immerse base unit in water or other
liquids. To clean base, simply wipe with a
clean, damp cloth and dry before storing.
Fingerprints and other blemishes on the
housing can be washed off with soap and
water or a nonabrasive cleaning solution.
Wipe resting plate with a clean, damp cloth.
Never use rough, abrasive materials or
cleansers to clean the resting plate. Do not
dry the inside of the water reservoir with a
cloth, as lint may remain.
Maintenance
Any other servicing should be performed by
an authorized service r
epresentative.
DECALCIFICATION
Decalcification refers to the removal of cal-
cium deposits that form over time on the
metal parts of your cof
feemaker. The mineral
content of the tap water in your area and
the frequency of use affects the rate of the
calcium buildup, which can affect the func
-
tioning of your coffeemaker and the flavor of
your cof
fee.
For best performance from your PerfecTemp
®
coffeemaker, we recommend cleaning it
whenever the CLEAN LED indicator lights up
.
NOTE: Before decalcifying your unit, remove
the charcoal water filter from the water
reservoir.
To clean:
1.
Fill the water r
eservoir to capacity with a
mixture of
1
⁄3 white vinegar and
2
⁄3 water.
2. Press and hold the CLEAN button. When
the CLEAN LED indicator flashes, the
coffeemaker is in Clean mode. Release
the button.
3.
When the cycle is completed, 5 beeps will
sound and the cof
feemaker will shut off.
4.
If the CLEAN indicator illuminates once
mor
e, repeat the cleaning procedure with
a fresh solution of vinegar and water.
NOTE: One cleaning cycle is usually
sufficient.
5.
When the CLEAN indicator r
emains off,
run one cycle with a full reservoir of fresh,
cold water to rinse the unit.
6. Return the charcoal water filter to the
holder inside the water reservoir and your
coffeemaker is ready to brew!
Brew Pause
™
Feature
This feature interrupts the flow of coffee
from the basket to let you pour that first
cup mid-brew. Because the flavor profile
of coffee brewed at the start of a cycle
differs from that brewed toward the end,
be aware that using this feature will
weaken the flavor strength of the
finished pot.
NOTE: Removing carafe for more than
20 seconds during brew cycle may
cause filter basket to overflow.

Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained
herein, Conair LLC dba Cuisinart (“Cuisinart”) warrants
that the Cuisinart
®
PerfecTemp® 12-Cup
Programmable Thermal Coeemaker ("Product")
will be free from material defects in materials and
workmanship under normal home use conditions for
a period of THREE (3) years beginning on the date the
Product was purchased in its original, sealed
packaging, unless otherwise specied in this Limited
Warranty. This Limited Warranty is only for U.S.
consumers (dened herein as purchasers at retail for
personal, family, or household use) who originally
purchase the Product from Cuisinart or an authorized
Cuisinart
®
reseller (if you are unsure whether a retailer
or other point of sale is an authorized or unauthorized
Cuisinart reseller, contact Cuisinart).
This Limited Warranty does NOT
cover:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Any Product purchased by commercial purchasers
or for commercial or non-household uses;
• Accessories, parts, or software added to
the Product after the system is shipped
from Cuisinart;
• Any costs associated with the replacement or
repair of the Product, including labor, installation,
or other costs incurred by you without prior
Cuisinart approval;
• Damage to the Product, defective conditions, or
nonconformities due to: (1) external causes,
including shipping, accidents, problems with
electrical power (Product designed only for use
with 120-volt outlets), abnormal conditions (such
as mechanical or environmental); (2) usage not in
accordance with Product instructions; (3) misuse,
neglect, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized
repair; and (4) acts of god or other events beyond
Cuisinart’s control;
• Though necessary repairs and maintenance might
be performed by any company, damage caused by
you or any nonauthorized third party, may void,
this Limited Warranty;
• Damage caused by accessories or replacement
parts not specically authorized by Cuisinart, may
void, this Limited Warranty; and
• Any Product where the original Product
identication markings (trademark or serial
number) have been removed, altered, or
obliterated from the Product.
It is recommended that you visit the website, https://
cuisinart.registria.com, for a fast, ecient way to
complete your product registration. However, product
registration does not eliminate the need for the
consumer to maintain the original proof of purchase
in order to obtain the warranty benets. In the event
that you do not have proof of purchase date, the
purchase date for purposes of this Limited Warranty
will be the date of manufacture.
Hassle-free warranty
If the Product that is the subject of this Limited
Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons
covered by this Limited Warranty, Cuisinart will, at its
option, repair the Product, replace the Product with
another identical or reasonably equivalent product, or
if Cuisinart is unable to repair or replace the Product,
refund the purchase price, less the amount directly
attributable to the consumer’s prior usage of the
Product. To obtain a return shipping label, email us at
https://www.cuisinart.com/customer-care/product-
assistance/product-inquiry/, or call our Consumer
Service Center toll-free at 1-800-726-0190 to speak
with a representative.
Upon receipt of the Product, Cuisinart will inspect the
Product and, if required under this Limited Warranty,
attempt to repair, replace, or refund the Product
within thirty (30) days. However, there may be delays
beyond Cuisinart’s control, in which case that time
period may be extended as reasonably necessary.
IMPORTANT: If the nonconforming Product is to be
serviced by someone other than Cuisinart’s
Authorized Service Center, please remind the servicer
to call our Consumer Service Center at 1-800-726-
0190 to ensure that the problem is properly
diagnosed, the Product is serviced with the correct
parts, and the product is still under warranty.
California Residents Only
The three (3) year Limited Warranty period begins on
the date the Product was delivered, which may be
dierent than the date the Product was purchased.
California residents also have the option of obtaining
the benets of this Limited Warranty by bringing the
Product to (A) the store where it was purchased or (B)
another retail store that sells Cuisinart products of
the same type. The retail store shall then, according
to its preference, either repair the Product, refer the
consumer to an independent repair facility, replace
the Product with another identical or reasonably
equivalent product, or refund the purchase price less
the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s
prior usage of the Product. California residents may
also, according to their preference, return
nonconforming products directly to Cuisinart for
repair or, if necessary, replacement with another
identical or reasonably equivalent product by calling
our Consumer Service Center toll-free at
1-800-726-0190. Cuisinart will be responsible
for the cost of such repair, replacement, and/or
shipping and handling for such nonconforming
products under warranty.

USO DE EXTENSIONES
El cable provisto con este aparato es corto,
para reducir el peligro de que alguien se
enganche o tropiece con un cable más largo.
Puede usarse una extensión eléctrica con
cuidado.
La clasificación nominal de la extensión debe
ser por lo menos igual a la del aparato. Es
importante acomodar el cable más largo de
manera que no cuelgue de la encimera/mesa
donde puede ser jalado por niños o puede
causar tropiezos.
AVISO
El cable de este aparato está dotado de una
clavija polarizada (una pata es más ancha que
la otra). Como medida de seguridad, se podrá
enchufar de una sola manera en la toma de
corriente polarizada. Si no entrara en la toma
de corriente, inviértala. Si aún no entrara
completamente, comuníquese con un
electricista. No intente modificarla.
IMPORTANTE
Ciertas condiciones pueden producir un
atascamiento del agua y/o del café en el
portafiltros y provocar un derrame. Para evitar
que esto ocurra, no muela el café demasiado
fino, no utilice más de un filtro de papel (o un
filtro permanente al mismo tiempo que un filtro
de papel), limpie cuidadosamente el filtro
dorado, y no sobrellene el filtro.
Precaución: nunca abra la tapa durante la
preparación, aunque el líquido no esté
bajando. Agua o café muy caliente podría
rebosar del portafiltros y causar quemaduras.
Si el café no escurriera debidamente durante
la preparación, desenchufe el aparato y
espere 10 minutos antes de abrir la tapa y
examinar el portafiltros.

PARA LA
PREPARACIÓN
DE UN BUEN CAFÉ
Elemento 1: el agua
El café está constituido por un 98%
de agua. Por lo tanto, la calidad del
agua es tan importante como la del
café. Si el agua tiene mal sabor, el café
tendrá mal sabor. Por eso Cuisinart
equipó su cafetera con un filtro de agua
de carbón que elimina el cloro y el mal
sabor y olor, para preparar café puro,
taza tras taza.
Elemento 2: el café
Aunque la mayor parte del brebaje es
agua, el sabor proviene del café. Para
preparar un brebaje de calidad, debe
usar ingredientes de calidad. Elija café
fresco, en granos enteros. Compre café
aproximadamente dos veces por mes.
Una vez que se rompen los granos, el
sabor intenso y rico del café comienza
a deteriorarse.
Elemento 3: el grado de la
molienda
La molienda es primordial para
preservar el sabor del café. Café molido
demasiado fino producirá un café
amargo. Esto también puede atascar el
filtro. Café molido muy grueso dejará
pasar el agua demasiado rápidamente,
lo cual producirá un café acuoso. Le
aconsejamos que utilice un grado de
molienda medio-fino.
Elemento 4: las proporciones
Para que el café sea perfecto, ni muy
débil ni muy fuerte, se debe usar la
proporción apropiada de café y agua.

programada.

Botón 1–4 (preparación 1–4 tazas)
Optimiza el sabor y la temperatura del
café cuando se prepara menos de 5
tazas. El indicador luminoso verde se
enciende cuando la función está activada.

Filtro de agua de carbón
Su cafetera está equipada con un filtro de
agua de carbón que elimina el cloro y el
mal olor/sabor del agua corriente.
Instalación del filtro de agua
• Retire el filtro de la bolsa de plástico y
remójelo en agua fría durante 15 minutos.
• Alce el soporte del filtro que se encuentra
en el depósito de agua de la cafetera.
• Abra el soporte.
• Instale el filtro en el soporte y ciérrelo.
Haga esto con mucho con cuidado. Si no
instalara el filtro de manera correcta, la
membrana del filtro podría romperse.
Enjuague los filtros en agua fría por 10
segundos para limpiarlo,
con las aberturas
directamente bajo el flujo
de agua.
• Permita que el filtro se
seque por completo.
•
Regrese el soporte del filtro
en el depósito, empujándolo
hasta el fondo.

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
Limpieza inicial del sistema interno: Puede
acumularse polvo en el aparato durante el
proceso de fabricación. Le recomendamos
que limpie el sistema interno de la cafetera
antes de preparar café por primera vez.
Simplemente llene el depósito y encienda la
unidad, siguiendo los pasos 1, 3 y 5 de la
sección OPERACIÓN en la página 8, pero
sin usar café.
PROGRAMACIÓN
CÓMO FIJAR LA HORA
12:00 (la hora por defecto) aparecerá en la
pantalla, parpadeando, al enchufar la
cafetera. Si deja de parpadear, mantenga
oprimido el botón HR o MIN para regresar al
modo de fijación de la hora.
Oprima el botón HR para fijar la hora y el
botón MIN para fijar los minutos. Mantenga
oprimido el botón para desplazarse por las
horas o los minutos más rápidamente u
oprima el botón repetidamente para avanzar
en incrementos de una hora o de un minuto.
Cerciórese que el indicador PM esté en la
pantalla si desea fijar una hora de tarde/
noche.
CÓMO FIJAR LA HORA DE
ENCENDIDO AUTOMÁTICO
1. Oprima el botón PROG.
La hora por defecto (12:00) o la hora de
encendido automático previamente fijada
aparecerá en la pantalla Utilice los
botones de la flechas para programar la
hora de encendido automático. Cinco
segundos después de terminar la
programación, la unidad saldrá
automáticamente del modo de
programación y el indicador luminoso se
iluminará para indicar que el encendido
automático ha sido activado.
NOTA:
para salir del modo de programación
en cualquier momento, presione
nuevamente el botón PROG.
2. Para activar el encendido automático
usando una hora previamente fijada:
Oprima el botón AUTO ON. La hora
previamente fijada aparecerá en la
pantalla y el indicador luminoso del
botón AUTO ON se iluminará. Luego, la
hora normal aparecerá en la pantalla.
3. Para desactivar el encendido
automático:
Presione el botón AUTO ON iluminado; la
luz se apagará, lo que indica que el
modo ha sido desactivado.

CÓMO DESACTIVAR LA SEÑAL
DE LISTO
Su cafetera cuenta con una señal sonora
que emite 5 pitidos al final de la
preparación. Para desactivar esta función,
presione el botón TONE; un icono
aparecerá en la pantalla para indicar que la
función ha sido desactivada. Para volver a
activar la señal, presione el botón TONE; el
icono desaparecerá.
OPERACIÓN
Limpie la cafetera antes de usarla por
primera vez, según se indica en la
sección ANTES DEL PRIMER USO.
1.
Llene el depósito de agua
Alce la tapa para abrir. Agregue agua
hasta el nivel deseado.
2.
Agregue café molido
Instale un filtro de papel n.° 4 O el filtro
dorado en el portafiltros. Asegúrese de
que el filtro de papel esté completamente
abierto y debidamente instalado. Puede
resultar útil doblar y aplanar las costuras
del filtro de papel de antemano. Agregue
1 cucharada llena de café molido por taza
de café (15 ml). Ajuste la cantidad de café
molido a gusto.
NOTA: esta cafetera tiene una capacidad
máxima de 15 cucharadas de café molido.
No exceda esta cantidad; esto podría
provocar un derrame, especialmente si el
café ha sido molido muy fino.
3. Coloque la jarra sobre la placa
Coloque la jarra sobre la placa y asegúrese
de que la tapa esté cerrada. Conecte el
cable a una toma de corriente
4. Fije sus preferencias
a.
Si desea preparar menos de 5 tazas de
café, oprima el botón 1-4. El indicador
luminoso se encenderá.
b.
Oprima el botón BOLD si desea café
fuerte. El indicador luminoso se
encenderá. Presione el botón otra vez
para preparar café regular.
5.
Empiece la preparación
Oprima el botón BREW/OFF para
empezar la preparación.
6.
Después del ciclo de preparación
El aparato emitirá cinco pitidos al final
del ciclo de preparación. El café
seguirá bajando durante varios
segundos.
Nota: la tapa del depósito de agua
puede estar caliente; permita que se
enfríe por 10 minutos antes de abrirla.
Consejo útil: una jarra fría puede afectar
la temperatura del café. “Precaliente” la
jarra antes del uso, enjuagándola con
agua caliente.

LIMPIEZA Y
MANTENIMIENTO
Siempre apague y desconecte el aparato
antes de limpiarlo.
Abra la tapa de la cafetera. Saque y tire el
filtro de papel. El portafiltros puede lavarse a
mano, con detergente y agua tibia, o en la
bandeja superior del lavavajillas. Permita que
todas las piezas se sequen.
No ponga agua en la unidad después de
retirar el portafiltros. Limpie el área bajo el
portafiltros con un paño húmedo.
Retire la jarra de la placa. Bote el café
restante. Lave la jarra y la tapa de la jarra a
mano, con agua tibia y detergente, o en la
bandeja superior del lavavajillas.
No utilice productos o materiales abrasivos
para limpiar el aparato.
No sumerja el aparato en agua ni en ningún
otro líquido. Limpie el cuerpo del aparato con
un paño húmedo y séquelo antes de guardar
el aparato. Las huellas de dedos y otras
manchas podrán eliminarse con agua y
detergente, o con una solución limpiadora no
abrasiva. Limpie la placa con un paño
húmedo. Nunca utilice materiales ásperos o
limpiadores abrasivos para limpiar la placa.
No seque el interior del depósito de agua con
un paño, porque esto puede dejar pelusas
dentro del mismo.
Mantenimiento
Cualquier otro servicio debe ser realizado por
un técnico autorizado.
ELIMINACIÓN DEL SARRO
Con el tiempo, depósitos de calcio (sarro)
se acumulan en las partes metálicas de la
cafetera, lo que puede afectar el
desempeño de la cafetera y el sabor del
café. Nota: el nivel de acumulación depende
del contenido de mineral en el agua de la
llave y de la frecuencia de uso de la
cafetera.
Para un rendimiento óptimo, le aconsejamos
eliminar el sarro cada vez que el indicador
luminoso al lado del botón CLEAN se
enciende
.
NOTA: retire el filtro de agua de carbón antes
de eliminar el sarro.
Para limpiar:
1.
Llene el depósito de agua hasta la
capacidad máxima con
1
⁄3 de vinagre
blanco y
2
⁄3 de agua.
2. Mantenga oprimido el botón CLEAN.
Cuando el indicador luminoso al lado del
botón CLEAN empiece a parpadear,
suelte el botón.
3.
Al final del ciclo de limpieza (indicado por
5 pitidos), la cafetera se apagará.
4.
Si el indicador luminoso sigue encendido,
haga un segundo ciclo de limpieza con
una nueva solución de agua con vinagre.
NOTA:
por lo general, un ciclo es
suficiente para eliminar el sarro.
5.
Si el indicador luminoso está apagado,
repita estos pasos con un tanque de agua
fresca para eliminar el olor a vinagre.
6.
Vuelva a instalar el filtro de agua de
carbón. ¡Su cafetera está lista!
Función de pausa al servir Brew
Pause
™
La función Brew Pause
™
(pausa al
servir) permite sacar la jarra de la placa
antes del fin del ciclo de preparación.
Aunque ofrecemos esta opción, le
recomendamos que espere hasta el
final de la preparación para servir el
café, ya que el sabor del café puede
variar en diferentes momentos de la
preparación.
NOTA: la función Brew Pause
™
detiene
el flujo de café durante solamente 20
segundos; no deje la jarra fuera de la
placa durante más tiempo.

estará libre de defectos de materiales y fabricación

• El desgaste normal;

El período de Garantía Limitada de TRES (3) años
comienza en la fecha de entrega del Producto, que
puede ser diferente de la fecha de compra del
Producto. Los residentes en California también
tienen la opción de obtener los benecios de esta
Garantía Limitada devolviendo el producto
defectuoso (A) a la tienda donde lo compraron, o (B)
a otra tienda que venda productos Cuisinart
®
del
mismo tipo. La tienda podrá, a su elección, reparar
el producto, referir al consumidor a un centro de
servicio independiente, sustituir el producto por uno
idéntico o razonablemente equivalente, o
reembolsar al consumidor el precio de compra
menos la cantidad directamente atribuible al uso
anterior del producto por el consumidor.

Los residentes de California también pueden, si lo
desean, enviar el producto defectuoso directamente
a Cuisinart para que sea reparado o sustituido por
uno idéntico o razonablemente equivalente. Para
esto, deben llamar a nuestro servicio de atención
al cliente al 1-800-726-0190. Cuisinart será
responsable por los gastos de reparación,
reemplazo, manejo y envío de los productos
defectuosos durante el período de garantía.
ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA LE OTORGA DERECHOS
