WARNINGS
• On pillows, comforters and extra padding.
• In gaps between a wrong size mattress, or extra
padding and product sides.
• NEVER add soft bedding or padding.
• Use ONLY the mattress provided by the manufacturer.
• Always place babies on their backs to sleep to reduce
the risk of SIDS and suffocation.
• If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one
provided by the product manufacturer or one
specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product
mattress.
FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls,
• Do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on
hands and knees or has reached 25 lbs, whichever comes first.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a
string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier
cords. Do not suspend strings over a product or attach strings
to toys.
• Do not use it if any part of the bassinet/cradle is broken, torn,
or missing.
Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in
serious injury or death.

4b. Align and securely insert the wheels
in their slots as shown in the

4c. Engage the locking mechanism to
prevent the bassinet from moving
when desired.
4d. Lower the brake to secure and lock
the wheels. Pull up the brakes to
release and unlockthewheels as
shown in the 2nd illustration.

1a. Turn the safety lock present on the handles. Pull the
handles on both sides of the legs at the same time.
1b. Raise or lower the bassinet to the desired height.
Ensure that both the legs of the bassinet are of the
same height. The base should never be inclined.
WARNING:
• Do not adjust the height when the baby is in the crib.
• The height of both sides of the crib must be the same
(if the right leg is in position 1, the left leg must be
the left leg must also be in position 1).

poignées. Tirez les poignées des deux côtés des
pieds en même temps.
