Allow us to introduce the Ovente Multi-Purpose Immer-
sion Hand Blender. This robust, slim-stick blender is
equipped with thermal protection. If it suddenly stops
during use, unplug and allow the hand blender to cool
down to reset.
Powered by 300 watts, this hand blender instantly blends
and crushes your fresh, healthy ingredients, transforming
them into the healthiest and most delicious meals created
in your own home. Two blending speeds from low to high
with a pulse-activated sensor easily adjust to ensure the
perfect consistency every time. This ergonomically
designed immersion blender is non-slip, comfortable and
easy to use.

Read all instructions.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the motor
body, cord, or plug in water or other liquids. Only the detach-
able blending shaft has been designed for immersion into
water or other liquids. If the hand blender falls into liquid,
imme- diately unplug it. Carefully remove the blending shaft,
clean and dry the unit thoroughly before reusing.
This blender is not intended for persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the blender
by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Do not use outdoors or for purposes other than intended use.
During operation, keep hands, hair, clothing, and utensils away
from blades and the container you are blending inside, to
reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the
blender.
Remove the detachable shaft from the blender before washing
the blades or shaft.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully when removing, inserting, or
cleaning.
When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container
or make small quantities at a time to reduce spillage, splatter-
ing, and the possibility of injury from burning.
To unplug, hold the plug and pull from the electrical outlet.
Never pull the cord.
Before cleaning, or putting on or taking off attachments, make
sure the blender is off, unplugged from the outlet, and the motor
has stopped completely.

USING YOUR HAND BLENDER
BLENDING TIPS
This hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips,
sauces, mayonnaise, baby food, as well as milkshakes.
Insert the detachable shaft into the motor body housing, and
turn clockwise to lock it in.
Switch on the blender by pressing either I or II, depending on
your required speed.
Blend the ingredients by moving the hand blender slowly up,
down and in circles.
Caution: Keep fingers away from blades. To dislodge the
food, first, unplug the blender from the outlet.
This hand blender is equipped with thermal protection. If it
suddenly stops during use, unplug and allow the hand
blender to cool down to reset.
NOTE: Depending on whether you are in a hot or cold
climate, usage and cool down/reset times may differ.

Be sure that the shaft is fully submerged before blending
ingredients to prevent splatter.
To puree a soup, use the hand blender to blend the
ingredients to the desired consistency by using a gentle
up-and-down motion right inside the pot.
When blending ingredients, tilt the container away from
you to create a deeper area for blending to prevent
splatter.
Use the hand blender to make smooth gravies and pan
sauces.
Do not let hand blender sit in a hot pot on a stove while
not in use.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Before cleaning, unplug the hand blender and detach the
shaft and blade.
Wipe the motor body housing with a clean, damp cloth.
The detachable shaft and blades are dishwasher-safe or
you can wipe them with a clean, damp cloth.
If food is not easily rinsed off the shaft or blade, place a
drop of dish detergent in the mixing container with water.
Plug the cord into the outlet, immerse the shaft and blade,
then operate the unit for about 10 seconds. Unplug, rinse
under running water, and then dry thoroughly.
