It is imperative to unplug the power supply after the
appliance has been used, before it is cleaned and whilst

supply or cable, after a malfunction or after being

Regular, periodic checks should be carried out on the
cable to ensure no damage is evident. Should there be any
signs of damage the appliance should not be used.
If the cable is damaged, it should only be replaced by the
manufacturer or a suitable qualified after-sales-service in
order to avoid a hazard
Do not allow the power cable to hang over sharp edges or
come in contact with hot surfaces.
The Hand Mixer is not to be used if it has been dropped, if
there are visible signs of damage.
Allow the unit to cool before storage.
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply and allow to cool.
This appliance is intended for household use only and
should not be used for industrial purposes.
Do not use any accessories or attachments with this
appliance other than those supplied or recommended by
supplier.
Do not use this appliance for anything other than its
intended use.
Do not push objects into any openings as damage to the
appliance and/or electric shock may occur.
Unplug after each use. Grasp the power supply, not the
cable.
Do not pull or carry the Hand Mixer by the USB cable.
Do not bend or damage the USB cable.
Never operate with wet hands, or submerge in water or
spill liquids onto the appliance.
Do not cover the appliance while in use.
Only use the attachments supplied.
Do not operate by the means of external timer or any type
of separate remote control system.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Keep hands and utensils out of the mixing bowl while the
Hand Mixer is in use.

Do not attempt to charge the Hand Mixer with any other
charge than the one provided.

Description of Parts
Preparing for Use
Carefully unpack the motor housing unit and all parts. Remove any tape, labels
or packaging materials.
Wash all product attachments carefully except for the motor housing unit with
warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe exterior surfaces of the motor housing with a soft, damp cloth to remove
dust particles collected during packing and handling.
NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING, USB CHARGING CABLE IN WATER
OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Ensure all parts are properly assembled and in place before use.

Charging Your Hand Mixer
1. Open the USB Connection Port (7) on the motor housing. Insert the small end of
the USB Charging Cable (8) to the motor housing.
2. Attach the USB connector (larger end) into a suitable USB charger rated to at
least 1 Amp. (NB most USB chargers are rated 1 Amp or above). The internal
battery will begin to charge.
3. The Power Indicator lights (6) will flash while charging. The lights will stop
flashing once the unit is fully charged. See (Indicator Light section for details).
NB: The unit is supplied with approximately 30% battery charge. One or two
lights will be illuminated during use. It is recommended to fully charge before
first use for best performance.
4. It will take approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the unit.
Using Your Hand Mixer
1. To insert the two beater attachments or the whisk attachment, push into the
two holes on the underside of the motor housing until they lock fully in place
and do not fall out.
2.
To start the Hand Mixer, slide the
Speed Control Switch
(4) forward
to level 1 (low speed). To increase the speed, slide the
Speed Control
Switch
(4) forward to level 2 (medium speed) or level 3 (high speed).
3. Do not use the Hand Mixer for longer than 3 minutes at a time.
Slide the
Speed control Switch
(4) to 0 and allow to rest for 5minutes.
4. The indicator lights will extinguish as the battery life reduces. A fully
charged battery will show all three lights. As the batteries discharge, the
Power Indicator Lights (6) will extinguish indicating the Hand Mixer
needs to be charged.
Automatic overload function
The Hand Mixer has an automatic overload function should any food get stuck in
the beaters or whisk, or the current exceeds the maximum range for the motor.
The unit will turn off automatically when any overload is detected.
When the Hand Mixer detects an overload usage, the three Power Indicator Lights
(6) (low, medium and high) will flash in unison five times and then power off. Slide
the
Speed Control Switch
(4)
to 0 and allow the Hand Mixer to rest for 10
minutes and then resume mixing.

Removing the Attachments
WARNING! Ensure that the hand mixer is disconnected from the USB Charging
Cable before removing or inserting the attachments.
1. Press the Eject Button (3) to remove the beaters or whisk attachment from the
Hand Mixer.
2.
The
Eject Button (3)
will only work when the
Speed Control Switch
(4) is in
the (0) position.
CAUTION: Do not operate the Hand Mixer for more than 3 minutes at one
time, allow a few minutes rest before next use. For thicker mixers operate
for 1 minute at a time, allow to rest before next use.
Indicator lights
The Power Indicator Lights (6) provide feedback for different situations:
Battery life During Use
As the motor housing is used and the battery begins to drain during performance,
the indicator lights will extinguish in sequence from the top to the bottom to
indicate how much battery capacity is left.
66% to 100% of capacity: Lights 1, 2 and 3 will all illuminate.
33% to 65% of capacity: Light 1 & 2 will illuminate.
20% to 30% of capacity: Light 1 will illuminate.
If <20% of capacity: Light 1 flashes and the unit needs to be charged.
Charging Indicators:
Indicator lights will also provide feedback during the charging process:
If battery capacity is less than 33%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will flash while
charging.
If battery capacity is within 33%-65%, Light 1 will illuminate and Lights 2 and
3 will flash.
If battery capacity is within 66%-99%, Lights 1 and 2 will illuminate and only
Light 3 will flash.
If battery capacity is greater than 99%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will illuminate.

CAUTION: Make
sure the
Speed Control Switch
(4)
is set to the 0 position and,
unplug the USB Charging Cable (8) from the Hand Mixer before cleaning.
Wash the attachments in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Clean outside of the motor housing with a clean damp cloth. Never clean
with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
Do not submerge the Motor Housing Unit in water or any other liquids.
WARNING! DO NOT CLEAN ANY PART OF YOUR MIXER IN A DISHWASHER
Cleaning Tips
To ease washing it is advised to rinse parts immediately after mixing.
Use a small brush (not supplied) to remove particles lodged in the attachments.
