TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The vacuum
cleaner fails to
start.

Battery pack charge
is low.
◾
Charge the battery pack.
◾
Battery pack is not
installed properly.
◾
Slide the battery pack onto the vacuum
cleaner until it snaps into position.
Vacuum power is
weak
◾
There is a blockage in
the vacuum hose or the
suction inlet.
◾
Check and clear the blockage in the
vacuum hose or the suction inlet.
◾
The filter is clogged by
fine dust.
◾
Clean the filter following the section
“FILTER MAINTENANCE” in this manual.
◾
The dust tank is full.
◾
Empty the dust tank.
◾
Battery pack charge
is low.
◾
Charge the battery pack.

The drain port cap is
removed from the dust
tank.
◾
Install the drain port cap onto the dust
tank.
The machine is
running but there
is no suction.

The power head
assembly is not
installed onto dust tank
completely.

Ensure the power head assembly is
installed onto the dust tank completely
Dust escapes
from the blowing
outlet port.
◾
Filter is missing or
installed incorrectly.
◾
Check the filter for correct installation.
◾
Filter is damaged.
◾
Replace with a new filter.
