1. SAFETY
9 Study, understand and follow all instructions before using this product.
9 Use only on a hard, level surface.
9 Failure to heed these instructions may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
9 Inspect before every use. DO NOT use if cracked or deformed. No alterations shall be made to this product.
NOTE: Maximum recommended tread width 290mm.
9 Ensure the ramps are set to the correct width for the vehicle being raised, centred against the tyres and are laid out parallel to each other.
9 Be sure the wheels to be driven onto the ramps are positioned straight forward and in alignment with the ramps.
9 Haveasecondperson,standingclearfromvehicle,watchingtherampsasthevehicleisdrivenonorooftherampstowarnofany
unwanted movement and to ensure correct alignment.
9 Proceedslowlyandcautiouslywithoutaccelerationorapplyingbrakessuddenlywhendrivingonorotheramp.Oncethevehicle
reaches the end of the ramps, apply brakes to prevent overtravel and ensure that the vehicle wheel rolls fully into the dished portion of
the ramp.
9 Place vehicle in neutral and release brakes. The vehicle should not move.
9 Set handbrake. Place vehicle in reverse gear or park (auto).
9 Securely chock wheels at opposite end to dished portion using suitable equipment.
9 Be sure that all tyres are properly positioned on the support platform. Using caution to position your body clear of danger, shake
vehicle sideways and endways to ensure the vehicle and ramps are stable. Check that ramps have not become damaged or bent
during loading.
8 DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the ramps (2000kg each, 4000kg per pair).
8 DO NOT use this product for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT use the ramps if they are in any way damaged.
8 DO NOT use other lifting equipment in conjunction with the ramps.
2. INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from durable polypropylene. Suitable for professional or serious DIY applications. 350mm wide ramps for broad range of
vehicles. Allowing easy access to the underside of the vehicle - recommended maximum tread width 290mm. 4tonne maximum capacity -
2tonne per ramp. Easy to remove and reattach the simple interlocking sections.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Select a suitable hard and level surface upon which to use the ramp.
4.2. Layouttherequiredblocksandinterlinkthemasshowning.5.Ensurefullengagementofinterlocks.
4.3. Set each leg of ramp to line up with the other in length and to run parallel in width.
4.4. Set width between ramps to suit vehicle tyre track such that ramps are centered to tyre centre lines. Failure to do so may result in the
vehicledroppingotheramps.
5. OPERATION
NOTE: Ensure that you have read and understood the safety instructions for this item (section 1) before use.
5.1. With ramps set to the correct width for the vehicle being loaded and alignment of them being parallel, drive the vehicle slowly and
cautiously onto or down from the ramps, preferably being guided by a second person.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
