4. After binding successfully, you can start
to use all the functions of the watch, and
the data generated by it can also be saved
to the APP synchronously.
5. If you need to unbind the watch, please
open the APP, and select “Device→
Unbind”.
Notes: Please keep the phone’s BT function
on during use, otherwise the messages on the
phone cannot be synchronized to the watch;
Select "Device→Message Reminder→Enable
Related APP Permissions" on the APP, then
relevant messages will be synchronized to the
watch, such as call reminders and message
reminders.

After binding with APP, data can be
synchronized between the watch and the
mobile phone.If you need to use the call
and audio function of the watch, please
enable “Audio Mode” on the watch, and
connect it to your phone’s BT. An audio
protocol will be automatically established
between the watch and the phone.Refer
to the figure below for the connection
method:

2. Turn on
your phone’s
BT function,
search for
“JR-FT3
Pro_LE” and
pair with it.
3. After connecting successfully, you can
start to answer/make calls via the watch.
4. If you are an Android user, please
enable the call and audio options in the
BT interface of your phone. Refer to the
figure below for related operation
method:
Note: After BT connection, the "Audio
Mode" of the watch should be kept on,
otherwise the call function cannot be
used.
For example: When disconnected from
the BT function, the "Audio Mode" of the
watch will automatically turn off and enter
power saving mode. At this time, you
need to connect the BT function again
according to above operation instructions.

1. Charging the watch: Align the magnetic
charging cable with the metal contact of
the watch, connect the other end to the
charger and connect power until the
screen displays charging capacity.
IV. Charging & turning
Note:
When the watch indicates
low battery, please charge it
in time. It is recommended
to use a charger with a
rated output of 5V/1A or a
computer USB port
together with the included
cable to charge it.

Check sports record
After binding the watch to phone APP,
the sports data will be synchronized to the
APP. You can check the daily, weekly and
monthly sports data statistics on the APP’
Home Page. Click a sports record to check
the detailed sports data.
Set a sports goal
You can set a goal for your sports on the
phone APP. Open FitCloudPro APP and
select “My→Sports Goal” to set a goal for
steps, distance and calorie consumption.

4. Sleep quality monitoring
Sleep monitoring is to monitor the state
of people from they fall asleep to wake up
naturally. The watch can record the time
of deep sleep and light sleep.
Deep sleep refers to such a state as small

The default sleep monitoring starts from
9: 30 p.m. to 12: 00 p.m. of the next day.
When sleeping out of this time period, the
sleep data will not be recorded or
displayed. When sleeping, you need to
wear the watch properly.
Note: The monitoring results may differ
due to different watch wearing status.

1. Dial
The watch supports dialing function.
When you need to make a phone call, you
can enter the number on the watch

2. Frequent Contacts
The watch supports Frequent Contacts
function. After adding a frequent contact
number on the phone APP, you can select
the contact on the watch to make a call
with just one click, there’s no need to dial
on the keypad again.

3. Call Records
The watch supports call record search
function. In the Call Records, you can
check the recent call records (including
incoming, outgoing and missed calls).
When you click any one of them, you can
call it back.
Open FitCloudPro APP, select “Device→
Frequent Contacts→Add”.
Short press the power button, select
“Frequent Contacts” in the function list.
Click the desired frequent contact to
make a call to it.

“Call Records” in the function list.
Swipe up or down to view the call
records, click a desired record to make a
call to it.

4. Voice Assistant
The watch supports Voice Assistant
function. You can click the Voice Assistant
on the watch to wake up Voice Assistant
of the phone.
Note: when using this function, you need
to keep: The phone APP and the watch
connected normally; BT function of the
phone and that of the watch connected
normally. (Please refer to the User Manual
for connection operation)
5. Message Notifications
The watch can synchronously receive calls
and text messages sent to the phone, as
well as messages sent to application
software as Wechat, QQ, Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, Skype, WhatsApp,
Line, Kakao Talk etc., and prompt you by
vibration.
Note: When using this function, it is
necessary to keep the phone APP and the
watch connected normally.
Short press the power button, select
“Voice Assistant” in the function list.
Click , then you can give commands
to your watch, for example, "What's the
weather like today?"

Open FitCloudPro APP, select “Device→
Message Notifications” and turn on
related push notifications.
When there is a new message
notification on the phone, the watch will
prompt you by vibration. You can swipe
up on the Home Page of the watch to
enter the Unread Message Center and
check the unread message.

6. Music Control
The watch supports Music Control
function. You can operate on the watch to
control music on the phone, such as
pause, play, skip to previous/nest song
and adjust volume.
Note: when using this function, you need
to keep: The phone APP and the watch
connected normally; BT function of the
phone and that of the watch connected
normally. (Please refer to the User Manual
for connection operation)

“Music” in the function list.
Open the music APP on your phone
and play music.
In the music playing interface, you can
click the watch screen to control music on

7. Stopwatch
The watch supports complete timing and
segmented timing operation. For
segmented timing, the watch can store
up to 10 records.
Operation instructions
Short press the power button, select
“Stopwatch” in the function list.
Click to start counting.
Click to record the time in
segments. After clicking Pause, click it
again to check the segmented records.
Click to pause the stopwatch, and
click to reset it.
8. Timer
The watch supports specifying time
length and customizing timer operation.
Operation instructions
Short press the power button, select
“Timer” in the function list.
Select time length as needed, click to
start the timer.
Click to pause the stopwatch, and
click to reset it.

Customizing timer
Short press the power button, select
“Timer” in the function list.
Swipe up/down on the Timer Page,
click Customize.
After setting Hour, Minute and Second,
click Confirm to realize Timer
customization.
9. Alarm
The watch supports alarm reminder
function. After setting an alarm on the
APP, the watch will remind you on time
by vibration.
Operation instructions
Open FitCloudPro APP, click “Device→
Watch Alarm→+ (in the top right corner)”,
and you can set the time and repeat cycle
of the alarm as needed.
After setting successfully, click “Save” in
the top right corner.
Turn off and delete Alarm
Open FitCloudPro APP, click “Device→
Watch Alarm→Existing Alarm→” to turn off
the alarm.
Enter the “Existing Alarm→Delete
Alarm” to delete the alarm.

10. Settings
In Settings, you can customize the watch
menu style, screen display, language
switch, unlock password, etc.
(1) Menu style switch
Operation instructions
Short press the power button, select
“Settings→Menu Style” in the function list.
After selecting the desired menu style,
click it again, the menu style will be set
successfully.
(2) Screen display
Operation instructions
Short press the power button, select
“Settings→Screen Display” in the function
list.
In this interface, you can adjust the dial
style, screen brightness, auto-lock time
and tilt auto-lock time as needed.
(3) Language Switch
The watch supports switching between 10
languages, including Chinese, English,
German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese,
French, Japanese, Italian and Polish.
The mobile phone supports simultaneous

upgrading of 27 languages, including:
Chinese, traditional Chinese, English,
German, French, Italian, Spanish,
Japanese, Polish, Russian, Portuguese,
Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai,
Croatian, Turkish, Czech, Dutch, Indonesia,
Malaysia, Finnish, Greek, Romanian, Hindi
and Persian.

Short press the power button, select
“Settings→Language” in the function list.
Swipe up or down to select the desired
language, √ indicates the currently set
language.
Note: This setting only changes the
language on the watch. If you need to
synchronize it to the phone, please
conduct the following operation steps on
the phone:

Open FitCloudPro APP on the phone,
make wireless connection with the watch
(For detailed connection steps, refer to

After connecting successfully, the
watch language will automatically change

mobile phone switches languages.
(4) Unlock Passcode
You can set an Unlock Passcode on the
watch to protect your privacy.
Operation instructions
Short press the power button, select
“Settings→Passcode→Turn Passcode On” in
the function list. After setting the
password successfully, when the watch
screen is locked, you need to enter the
password to unlock it.
The Unlock Passcode can also be
turned off according to above operations.
11. Find My Watch & Find My Phone
Click "Find My Watch" function on the
phone APP. After finding the watch, the
watch will prompt you by vibration, so
that you can find it.
Or click "Find My Phone" function on
the watch. After finding the phone, the
phone will prompt you by ringtone, so
that you can find it.

12. Shake to Take Pictures
Click “Shake to Take Pictures” on the
phone APP, a photography icon will
appear on the watch. When you shake
your wrist, you can count down to take a
picture.
Note: When using this function, you need
to keep the phone APP and the watch
connected normally.

Wear the watch properly on your wrist.
Open FitCloudPro APP, select “Device→
Shake to Take Pictures”, click to enter the
function.
Shake your watch, the phone will show
a 3-second countdown, after that, it will
prompt photography success.

1. Turning on and connecting
Q: Why can’t the watch be turned on?
A: It may be that you did not press it
long enough or you pressed at a wrong
position. Please press and hold the power
button for more than 5 seconds.
Or that the battery of the watch is too
low. Please charge the watch for 1 hour
before use.
Q: Why the BT function is not connected
or cannot be connected?
A: The address code may be incorrect.
Please check whether the BT address
code of the watch is consistent with that
of the phone APP.
The watch may be connected to
another phone. You need to delete or
disconnect the device name from the
phone before using. A watch can only be
connected to one mobile phone. Please
restart the BT function on your phone and
connect again.

2. Accuracy of measurement

When doing sports, please wear the
watch a little bit more tightly than usual.
Q: Why is sleep data inaccurate?
A: Sleep monitoring is to monitor the
state of people from they fall asleep to
wake up. The watch must be worn
properly during sleep.
If you go to sleep too late or start to
wear it just before falling asleep, the sleep
data may be inaccurate.
The default sleep monitoring time
begins at 21:30 p.m. and stops at 12:00 p.m.
of the next day. Sleep data is not
monitored out of this period.

The connection range between the
watch and the phone is 10 meters. If they
are kept beyond that range, they will
disconnect automatically.
4. Battery and charging

contact of the watch and the charging pin
of the cable are blocked by foreign
matters. If so, use an alcohol cotton swab
to clean them before charging;
When charging, align the magnetic
