WARNING: Exercise caution when attaching or removing
attachments from the Hand Blender and ensure the
appliance is turned off and unplugged whilst fitting
attachments.
NOTE: The Hand Blender should not be used for more than
1 minute intervals. Ensure you allow a 10 minute rest
period offer every 1 minute cycle.
CAUTION: Always remove the USB cable from the Hand
Blender before use.

Description of Parts
Preparing For Use
Carefully unpack the motor housing unit and all parts. Remove any tape, labels
or packaging materials.
Wash all product attachments carefully except for the motor housing unit with
warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe exterior surfaces of the motor housing with a soft, moist cloth to remove
dust particles collected during packing and handling.
NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING, USB CHARGING CABLE IN WATER
OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Ensure all parts are properly assembled and in place before use.

Charging Your Hand Blender
1. Open the USB Charging Port (7) on the Motor Housing Unit (5). Attach micro
end of USB Charging Cable (13) to the motor housing.
2. Attach the USB connector (larger end) into a suitable USB charger rated to at
least 1 Amp. (NB most USB chargers are rated 1 Amp or above). The internal
battery will begin to charge.
3. The Power Indicator Lights (4) will flash while charging. The lights will stop
flashing once the unit is fully charged. See indicator Light section for details.
Note: The unit is shipped with approximately 30% charge in the batteries. One
or two lights will be illuminated during use. It is recommended to fully charge
before first use for best performance.
4. It will approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the unit.
Using Your Hand Blender with the Blender Attachment
1.
Add ingredients to a mixing jug or bowl. For best results make sure you chop
larger ingredients into smaller pieces first.
2.
Hold the Motor Housing Unit (5) in one hand and the Blender Attachment (6) in
the other. Make sure the Motor Housing Unit (5) and Blender Attachment (6)
are facing up and away from the body. Align the locking tabs on the Blender
Attachment (6) with the grooves on the Motor Housing Unit (5) of the Hand
Blender and turn the Motor Housing Unit (5) clockwise until it locks completely
into place.
CAUTION: Unplug the USB Charging Cable (13) from the Hand Blender before use
and attaching or removing attachments.
WARNING: The blender blade is very sharp, use caution when handling.

Grasp the Hand Blender by the top of the Motor Housing Unit (5) and make
sure the blades are facing away from you.
4.
Place the
Blender Attachment (6)
inside a mixing jug or bowl. Make sure the
blades are fully immersed in the mixture. To operate the Hand Blender,
press the
Power Lock Button
(3), and promptly press the
Speed Button
(2).
Once you release the
Speed Button
(2) the motor unit will stop and lock.

To operate the Hand Blender on high speed, press the
Power Lock Button
(3)
and promptly press the
Speed Button
(2) then turn on the
Variable Speed
Control
(1) to choose your desired speed.
Once you release the
Speed Button
(2)
the motor unit will stop and lock.
NOTE: After pressing the Power Lock Button (3) the Power Indicator Lights (4)
will flash, indicating you can select your desired speed using the Variable Speed
Control (1). If you delay making your selection the Hand Blender will
automatically lock to prevent accidental operation, the Power Indicator Lights
(4) will extinguish, and you will need to press the Power Lock Button (3) again.
NOTE: The Hand Blender should not be used for more than 1 minute intervals.
Ensure you allow a 10 minute rest period after every 1 minute cycle.

Removing the Blender Attachment
1. To remove the Blender Attachment (6), hold the Motor Housing Unit (5) in one
hand and the Blender Attachment (6) in the other.
2. Make sure the Motor Housing Unit (5) and Blender (6) are facing up and away
from the body.
3. Turn the Motor Housing Unit (5) anticlockwise until the tabs release from the
grooves and pull the Blender Attachment (6) away from the Motor Housing
Unit (5).
WARNING: The Blender Attachment (6) blade may continue to spin after the
Hand Blender has been switched off. Make sure the blades have come to a
complete stop and the unit is off before lifting the Hand Blender from the mixing
jug or bowl.
Using Your Hand Blender with the Whisk Attachment
1.
Add ingredients to a mixing jug or bowl.
2.
Hold the Motor Housing Unit (5) in one hand and the Whisk
Attachment
(8)
in the other. Make sure the Motor Housing Unit (5) and Whisk
Attachment
(8) are facing up and away from the body. Align the locking tabs on the Whisk
Attachment
(8) with the grooves on the Motor Housing Unit (5) of the Hand
Blender and turn the Motor Housing Unit (5) clockwise until it locks
completely into place.
CAUTION: Unplug the USB Charging Cable (13) from the Hand Blender before
use and attaching or removing attachments.

Using Your Hand Blender with the Chopper Attachment
You can chop meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, biscuits and nuts.
Don’t chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate, you
will damage the blade.
1. Remove any bones and cut food into 1-2 inch cubes.
2. Place Chopping Blade (11) onto metal shaft in the bottom of the Chopping Bowl
(10).
3. Place food to be chopped into the Chopping Bowl (10). Do not overfill.
4. Fit the Chopper Lid (11), turn clockwise and lock.

Align the locking tabs on the Chopper Lid (11) with the grooves on the Motor
Housing Unit (5) of the Hand Blender and turn the Motor Housing Unit (5)
clockwise until it locks completely into place.
7.
Press the
Power Lock Button
(3), and promptly press the
Speed Button
(2).
Once you release the
Speed Button
(2) the motor unit will stop.
8.
To operate the Hand Blender on high speed, press the
Power Lock Button
(3)
and promptly press the
Speed Button
(2), then turn on the
Variable Speed

(1) to choose your desired speed.

Removing the Chopper Attachment
1. To remove the Chopper
Attachment
(8), hold the Motor Housing Unit (5) in
one hand and firmly hold the Chopper
Lid
(9) with the other.
2. Turn the Motor Housing Unit (5) anticlockwise until the tabs release from the
grooves and pull the Motor Housing Unit (5) away from the Chopper
Lid
(9) and
the Chopper Bowl (10).
3. Remove the Chopper
Lid
(9) by turning anti-clockwise.
4. Remove the Chopping Blade (11) by grasping the shaft firmly and lifting up. Be
carefully, the blades are sharp!
5. After the Chopping Blade (11) has been removed the ingredients can be
removed from the Chopper Bowl (10).
Do not use the chopper for longer than 1 minute continuously. After 1 minute of
continuous use, the unit may become over-heated. Allow the unit to rest for at
least 5 min before resuming use.

Indicator Lights
The motor housing indicator lights provide feedback for different situations:
Battery Life During Use:
As the Hand Blender is used and the battery begins to drain during performance,
the indicator lights will extinguish in sequence from the top to the bottom to
indicate how much battery capacity is left.
66% to 100% of capacity: Lights 1, 2 and 3 will illuminate.
33% to 65% of capacity: Light 1 & 2 will illuminate.
20% to 30% of capacity: Light 1 will illuminate.
If less than 20% of capacity: Light 1 flashes and the unit needs to be charged.
Charging Indicators:
Indicator lights will also provide feedback during the charging process:
If battery capacity is less than 33%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will flash while charging.
If battery capacity is within 33%-65%, Light 1 will illuminate and Lights 2 and
3 will flash.
If battery capacity is within 66%-99%, Lights 1 and 2 will illuminate and only
Light 3 will flash.
If battery capacity is greater than 99%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will illuminate.
Overloading Indication:
Note: The motor housing has an automatic protection system that will not
allow overloading. If the load is too large, the unit will automatically shut off. If
the unit senses an overload situation, all 3 lights will flash 5 times and the unit
will turn Off. Release the speed button and the lights will turn off. Reduce the
load on the blender or the chopper, allow it to rest for more than 15 minutes
and then resume use.
Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to
fire or temperatures above 130℃ may cause an explosion.
Care and Maintenance
CAUTION: Make
sure the
Hand Blender is locked. Unplug
the USB Charging
Cable (13) from the Hand Blender before cleaning.
Wash the attachments in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Clean the outside of the motor housing with a clean damp cloth. Never clean
with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
Do not submerge the Motor Housing Unit in water or any other liquids.
WARNING! DO NOT CLEAN ANY PART OF YOUR HAND BLENDER IN A
DISHWASHER. WASH IN WARM SOAPY WATER AND DRY THOROUGHLY.

Cleaning Tips
To ease washing it is advised to rinse parts immediately after mixing.
Use a small brush (not supplied) to remove particles lodged in the
attachments.
To Store:
Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Never store it while it is wet.
The unit can be stored for up to 3 months with a fully charged state. If storing for
longer than 3 months the unit should be charged before next use.
Store in a dry area in an ambient temperature of 5⁰C - 35⁰C.
