Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The display and but-
tons do not respond.
Software fault.
▶ To restart the appliance, press and hold for ap-
proximately 5seconds.
HomeConnect is not
working properly.
Different causes are possible.

Set up HomeConnect again. →Page38
▶ Go to www.home-connect.com.
cannot be oper-
ated.
Not a fault. The drying phase is active.
No remedial action possible.
i-DOS 1/i-DOS 2 can-
not be pressed.
The selected programme or programme progress
does not allow intelligent dosing.
