1. SAFETY
9 Select a work area suitable for the table and keep the area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9 Ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Stand the table on a stable floor strong enough to take the weight of the table.
9 Maintain the table in good condition.
9 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only, unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the
warranty.
9 Remove ill fitting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
2. INTRODUCTION
Heavy-duty galvanized welding table/workbench with 4 lockable swivel castors. Easily portable making it ideal to manoeuvre around the
workshop or garage. Storage tray/shelf for parts and tool storage. 3mm Worktop features 16mm holes and 4 tool slots making it much easier to
clamp and x workpieces.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Assemble as per attached Parts Diagram.
5. OPERATION
5.1. Ensure castors are locked before use.
5.2. Secure workpieces using the cutouts and perforations in the top surface.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1. Keep welding table clean by wiping down with a damp cloth, do not use solvents.
6.2. Check tightness of fasteners before each use.
6.3. Store in a dry, child free area.
