Open the APP and the Bluetooth on mobile, and search for the connected
printer according to the prompts in the App.Or double click the power button
to print the QR code, and scan the code with the App toconnect to the printer.
(Tips: Don't connect printer in the mobile phone Bluetooth settings.)

#1 1. ITP01/A40 How to print on folded A4 thermal paper?
.

1) Please be sure to use Munbyn thermal folding paper. Using other paper brands may cause inaccurate recognition or failure to print.2) Please make sure the side without the black mark of the folded paper facing up before inserting

#2 Why can't I find or connect to the printer on the Peripage App?

1) Please make sure the printer is powered on

2) Please confirm that you have turned on the Bluetooth function and authorized it to Peripage App. Android users also need to turn on location permission.

3) Restart the printer and App to connect again.

#3 4. How to connect ITP01/A40 on mobile phone?

1) Load the Munbyn thermal paper and power on the printer.

2) Download the Peripage App from App store.

3) Click the + in the upper right corner of the App main interface to search and connect the printer.

#4 3. How to connect ITP01/A40 using Type C cable on computer?

1) Turn on the printer and load Munbyn thermal paper.

2) Use the Type C cable to connect PC and printer.

3) Download the ITP01 driver from the Munbyn official website and install.

4) When printing the file, select Peripage A40 as the printer option.
