Power Freeze
Power Freeze keeps speeding up the freezing process at maximum
fan speed for 52 hours. Then, the refrigerator returns to the previous
temperature setting. Note that this will increase power consumption.
• To activate Power Freeze, in the unlocked state, press the Mode
button once in the non-Power Freeze mode to enter Power Freeze
mode. The corresponding indicator lights up.
• To deactivate, press the Mode button once to enter Standard mode
or set a different temperature of freezer.
• To freeze a large amount of food in the freezer, activate Power
Freeze 24 hours in advance.
When the freezer reaches the maximum operating time (52 hours),
it exits Power Freeze mode and returns to the previous temperature
setting.
04 Lock (3 sec)
Lock
To prevent accidental changes, the Lock mode will disable the
manipulation of the control panel including the temperature settings.
• To activate Lock mode, press and hold the Lock button for 3
seconds. The corresponding indicator lights up.
• To unlock, press and hold the Lock button again for 3 seconds.
However, the refrigerator enters Lock mode again when no button
is pressed for 20 seconds since then.
NOTE
Before you change the temperature or operating mode, make sure the
refrigerator is not locked. As the refrigerator enters Lock mode again
20 seconds after unlocked, you must rst unlock the refrigerator by
pressing and holding Lock button for 3 seconds or more until the lock
indicator turns off.
