This vacuum cleaner has 3 gears , it'srecommended to use Standard mode for light daily cleaning, to maintain a longer battery life.

#2 Where can I use it?

This cordless vacuum has good performance on hardwood floor, low and middle pile carpet, tile, stair and pet hair etc. You can easily change accessories to meet your need.

#3 How often to clean the dust cup and filter HEPA?

It is recommended to clean the dust cup after each use and clean the filter HEPA monthly or when you feel the suction decreases. It's come with 4 HEPA filters for replacement, no need to spend extra money to buy HEPA frequently
