Reset
- In setting mode, press RESET key once to reset the current function
figures�
- Press RESET key and hold for 3 seconds to reset all function figures
Start/ Stop
- Start or Stop workout
Body Fat
- Test body fat% and BMI in stop mode�
Recovery
- After the console detects pulse signal, press the RECOVERY key to
enter recovery mode to monitor heart rate recovery ability
Operation
Power on
- Plug in power supply to power on computer
- Press any key to power on the console when being in sleep mode��
- Start pedalling to power on the console when being in sleep mode�
NOTE
The console switches to sleep mode when the equipment is not
used for 4 minutes�
Sleep mode
When the console is in sleep mode, all information windows are
blacked out as if it is in off mode�
Power off
- To power off the trainer it is required to remove the power source
from the trainer
Workout selection
Use Dial UP/ DOWN to select:
M Manual
P1 ~ P12 Program profile 1 ~ 12
Heart rate control
W Watt control
U User program
USB function
The user can connect their device to charge during workout�
Voltage/ Current: 5VDC/ 1�0 Amp
Programs
Quick start
- Press START/ STOP key to start your workout without any pre-set
setting�
- Use Dial UP/ DOWN to adjust resistant level during workout�
End or Pause your workout
- Press START/ STOP in workout mode to stop/ pause your workout�
To resume your workout press START/ STOP button in pause
mode�
- Press RESET key ( in Pause mode ) to reset all workout data�
- Press and hold RESET key for over 3 seconds to reset console� (
Active training data will be lost )

QUICK TIP
When being in Pause mode, you can use the “Mode/ Dial
button” to adjust your set goals�
Press dial button to select: Time/ Distance/ Calories and or
Pulse�
Turn dial to set the goal as preferred, and press “Mode” to
select first next parameter to change if required, or press “Start/
Stop” button to resume workout�
Set user
A user can be selected when console is in “Start up”mode�
When console is in functional mode, Press and hold “RESET” key for
over 3 seconds, to restart console and turn to “Start up’ mode�
You see “U1” blinking ( or last selected user U1~U4).
- Select user, turn dial to select U1~U4,
confirm by press dial button�
- Select Gender, turn dial to select (Male)/ (Female),
confirm by press dial button�
- Set Age ( A ), turn dial to select (Range: 1~99 ±1),
confirm by press dial button�
- Set Height ( H ), turn dial to select (Range: 100~200 cm ±1),
confirm by press dial button�
- Set Weight ( W ), turn dial to select (Range: 20~150 kg ±1),
confirm by press dial button�
NOTE
Setting correct user parameters is required for the :
Correct heart rate target program functionality
Correct body fat en BMI measurement function�
Selecting a user determines what “User programs” will be
loaded� See “User Program”
Manual mode
- Use Dial Up/ Down function to select workout program, Select M
(manual) mode, confirm by press dial button�
- Use Dial Up/ Down function to set the tension level,
confirm by press dial button�
- Use Dial Up/ Down key to pre-set training time,
Setting range: 1:00 ~ 23:59:00 minutes ( ± 1:00 )
confirm by press dial button�
- Use Dial Up/ Down key to pre-set training Distance,
Setting range: 0.10 ~ 99.90 Km. minutes ( ± 1.00 )
Confirm by press dial button
- Use Dial Up/ Down key to pre-set training Calories,
Setting range: 10 ~9990 Cal. ( ± 10 )
Confirm by press dial button�
- Use Dial Up/ Down key to set a limit for Pulse,
Setting range: 40 ~200 BPM ( ± 1 )
confirm by press dial button�
NOTE
When setting more than one goal, the training will end at first
achieved goal�
Leave a goal blank and it will not be seen as a pre-set limit�
When setting a pulse limit, the workout will not stop when
exceeding the set limit� An acoustic alarm will notify the user
when exceeding the limit as a warning�
- Press START/ STOP key to start workout
- Use Dial UP/ DOWN key to adjust resistance level�
Load level is shown in LEVEL window
