Manage Log
Export desired logs to your local storage.
Steps
1. Go to System Management → Log Management.
2. Select Main Type, Subtype, Starting Time, and End Time.
3. Click Search.

Click Export to save the log files.
Diagnose Network
Network diagnosis provides network status information, which would be useful for the technical
support.
Steps
1. Go to System Management → System Tool → Network Diagnosis.
2. Enter the IP address.
3. Click Ping.
