1. To ensure the system gets adequately flushed before use and the taste of water.

#3 Why there is E1 on the display while using the water filter? What should I do?

Answer

It's 30 minute working time protection. Please unplug the water filter and wait for 5 mins, and refill the water tank to the max level. Plug in again, wait for flush, filter water process until water ready and press Start to try again.

#4 What if the Change Water sign keeps flashing?

1. Please lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it instead of adding it directly to the tank.

#5 When the water tank need water exchange?

Answer

Raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine prompts Change Water, then you can exchange.
