TROUBLESHOOTING
START UP After plug in, set RECIPE and SHADE
level, preheating doesn’t start and “E” is
shown and beeps continuously, hotplates
won’t get hot.
Make sure top housing is closed, unit can
run as normal.
PREHEATING During preheating, “E” is shown and beeps
continuously, hotplates heating is stopped.
When top housing is opened during
preheating, unit will notice user by “E” and
fast beeping if opened too long. Close it will
resume preheating.
If opened more than a minute, unit become
beeping slowly but power will be cut. User
can only reset the unit by turning OFF.
COOKING During cooking, “E” is shown and beeps fast
continuously.
When top housing is opened too long
during cooking, unit will notice the user by
“E” and fast beeping continuously, close to
resume, otherwise the unexpected cooking
result will be.
While system cook in the incorrect stage
after several cooking cycle or after reheat
function.
Press “REHEAT” “+TIME” simultaneously
and hold for a second to restart the cook
cycle correctly”
