1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general
workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using these lockers.
Wear protective gloves.
9 Locate locker in a suitable work area.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate
lighting.
WARNING! Use locker on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
9 Keep the locker clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop
practice.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
8 DO NOT use the locker for any purpose other than that for which
it is designed.
8 DO NOT use the locker outdoors.
8 DO NOT get the locker wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas
where there is condensation.
8 DO NOT clean the locker with any solvents which may damage the
surfaces or the protective coating.
2. INTRODUCTION
A range of lockers suitable for a variety of commercial applications.
Model No’s SL1D and SL2D feature a hanging bar and small vanity
mirror for each locker. SL1D also has single shelf. Doors on all models are ventilated and tted with cylinder locks. Supplied at-packed.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Lay out the back panel and the two side panels. The side panels have a cut-out at the front and a lip at the bottom.
4.2. Slide the back panel into one of the side panels from the top (g.1) and slide it all the way down (g.2).
NOTE: The shelf runners should line up and face the same direction, with the opening at the top ready for the shelves to slot in.
4.3. Fit the other side panel to the back panel following the same procedure. Ensure that the side panels are supported in an upright
position so that the panels are not twisted, two people maybe necessary. All the shelf runners should be the same way up.
4.4. Carefully stand the unit up, again ensuring that the panels are not twisted, two people are required for this process.

4.5. Fit the door frame panel into the unit from the inside, locating the frame with the side panels at the top (g.3) and bottom. Once
located push t them together until they lock into place.
4.6. Fit the locker top from the top, ensuring that the three lips locate within the brackets at the back and sides, when they are lined up,
apply pressure and lock the top into place (g.4).
NOTE: the shelves and top are identical.
4.7. Fit the shelves into the locker following the same procedure as for the locker top, beginning at the bottom and working your way up.
4.8. Place hanging bar in position (SL1D and SL2D only) by pushing it into position (g.4) and t the mirror by sliding onto the bracket
inside the door.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
