Chapter 2
1. Connect the power cord to the P7+.
2. Connect the other end of the power cord into the wall power source.
3. Toggle the On / O switch on the side of the projector to the “ON” position - the
projector should automatically turn on.

1. To transition to “STANDBY” mode, press the power button on the remote control.
2. The optical engine should power o and the fan should stop spinning. The projector
is now in “STANDBY” mode and can be turned on using the remote control.
*Note: Standby mode will still consume a small amount of power.

“Power Switch” to the “OFF” position.
This will fully turn o the projector. The
unit can only charge when it is o.

The P7+ can read les directly from both
a TF Card and USB Drive.

• Slide in your TF card into the TF card

• Gently slide the TF card until it clicks

Once your TF Card or USB Drive is inserted into the projector, the TF Card or
USB Drive Storage will be loaded automatically and the content can be found
through the Files icon on the Main Menu ( See Page 21 for File Viewer Sub-
menu).
To load Text documents, select the Oce icon. ( See Page 19 to learn more)

Chapter 3
Main Menu
The P7+ features Android 10.0 Onboard and an Onboard Media Player.
This function allows the projector to play videos, pictures, and music les directly from
your connected devices.
• Press the left and right directional buttons to choose an icon from the main menu.
• To select a menu option, press the “OK” button in the middle of the navigation pad.
• To go back to the previous screen, press the “Back” button.
• To Jump back to the submenu, press the “Menu” button once.
• To return to the main menu, press the “Return” button twice.

Brightness Menu
To change the brightness on your P7+:
• Select the “Settings” icon (Fig. 3.1) in the Main Menu then choose
“Brightness” (Fig. 3.2)
• Select the brightness you wish (Fig. 3.3):

“Boost mode” should only be used in low temperature, low
altitude environments with adequate clearance of exhaust/
intake vents. A tripod is highly recommended. DO NOT
block vents while operating in Boost mode.

How To Screen Mirror Smartphone:
• In the Main Menu, choose the “Wi Setup” icon (Fig 3.4)
• In the Wi Menu, toggle the Wi icon to “On” and select the Wi network you
desire. Enter password and connect. (Fig 3.5)

Mirroring Menu
How To Screen Mirror Smartphone:
• After connecting the P7+ to wi, in the Main Menu, choose “Mirroring” icon
(Fig 3.6)
• In the Mirroring Menu, choose Android or iOS (Fig 3.7)
• Use built-in AirPlay, AirPinCast, AirPinPCSender to screen mirror from your
iOS devices, Android portable devices or Windows PC

Mirroring Menu
To screen mirror, your devices and the P7+ have to be connected to the same
Wi network. DMCA (copyright) content cannot be wirelessly mirrored. This
includes content from streaming services such as Netix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

Streaming Services Menu
After connecting the P7+ to Wi, select the “Streaming Services” icon in the Main
Menu. Select the streaming service you wish to open.
Streaming Services require subscription including paid subscription. Users are
responsible for their own subscriptions. Not all streaming apps are compatible in
all regions.

Use the navigation buttons to select folders or les.

How to open an internet browser in the P7+
In the Main Menu, select the “Browser” icon. Once the Chrome browser opens,
press the button on the navigation pad or the remote control to search or type
web address

How do I play a slideshow?
1. Connect the USB or Micro SD Card to the P7+
2. In the Main Menu, select the “Apps” icon

4. In the Gallery app, your photos and videos will be available to view as
slideshows. Select the les you wish to open.

Connectivity to Multimedia Devices
The P7+ can connect to many media devices including: computers, laptops,
iPhones, iPads, DVD players, smart phones, cameras, video game consoles and
other peripherals with ease. The P7+’s digital input is compatible with HDMI inter-
face. The connection type is “full sized”.
*Some smartphones require video out capabilities to be displayed with the P7+. Check with your phone manufacturer.

First, a digital input cable is required from your P7+ to your other device.

Connecting to a Computer via Digital Input
After connecting your projector to your computer or laptop via a digital input cable, you may need
to enabe Digital Video output on your computer. To enable Digital Video output on your computer
most computers require “turning on” the video output feature. Each computer is dierent. Please
consult your owner’s manual for instructions to enable Digital Video output. Below are standard
instructions for a Windows 10 computer – not all systems are the same.

How to correct Keystone using the remote control?
• If the image looks trapzoidal, press the “keystone adjustment” buttons on the
remote control until the keystone eect corrects and the the picture turns into
a square projection.
What is keystone?
• “Keystoning” occurs when
a projector is aligned
non-perpendicularly to
a screen, or when the
projection screen has an
angled surface. The image
that results from one of
these misalignments will

How to connect the P7+ to BT 5.0 for audio out
• In the Settings Menu, go to the BT 5.0 menu by selecting the blue-tooth
icon
• In the BT 5.0 submenu, toggle the “On/Off” switch beneath the BT 5.0
icon to “On”
• Select the desired BT 5.0 device. Make sure that your device is not
connected to any other devices and it is placed near the P7+.
• Note: BT 5.0 is for audio output only – does not accept audio input or
video streaming

I cannot connect my iOS devices to the P7+
Possible Causes Solution
(For wired connection) Incorrect cables or con-
nectors
To connect your iOS devices to the P7+, please
use the Ocial Apple Lightning to Digital AV
Adapter and connect via the Digital AV port.
Troubleshooting
I cannot wirelessly screen mirror Netix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc.
Possible Causes Solution
For wireless connection, DMCA content including
Netix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus content is not
sharable wirelessly).
Please use the built-in apps to stream DMCA
Content or connect your devices to the P7+ using
the proper cables/ converters.
AIRPLAY DOES NOT WORK
Be sure to connect your iOS device and the P7+ Projector to the same WiFi network.
Choose “AAXA P7+” as the device you wish to screen mirror from your iOS device, unless
you have changed the P7+’s nickname.

IMAGE IS BLURRED
Possible Causes Solution
The Projector is not in focus. Adjust the focus with the focus adjustment but-
tons on the remote control until the image comes
into focus, or use the focus adjustment buttons on
the side of the projector
The Projector is oset from plane / angle of opera-
tion.
Move the projector so that it is both 180 degrees
and on an evern plane with the screen or adjust
the keystone through the remote, keypad or Set-
tings Menu
NO SYNC, NO SIGNAL
Troubleshooting
Be sure to setup the computer to enable a video signal output. On some laptops this is
done by pressing and holding Function F5 key. If using the P7+ as an external monitor on
Windows based systems, this can be done by selecting “extend my desktop to this moni-
tor”. Depending on the video driver dierent resolutions may need to be selected for proper
output.

There is no power. Check to ensure the power outlet source is good.
Check the power adapter to ensure a proper con-
nection with the wall outlet as well as the projector.
Cannot power on the projector from the remote
control.
To power on the projector, toggle the “On/ O”
switch to the “ON” Position. Next, if the projector
is not powered on, press the Power button on the
remote control.
NO PICTURE / FILE NOT SUPPORTED
Possible Causes Solution
The video source is not properly connected or
selected
Check the video source signal to ensure that it
is properly connected. Select the current input
source by choosing the input desired from the
main menu
Incorrect le extension / Video is encoded with
incorrect codec
Please refer to “Specications” page to see which
le types and codex are supported. Verify that the
le was encoded properly.

Possible Causes Solution
There is no power. Check to ensure the power outlet source is good.
Check the power adapter to ensure a proper con-
nection with the wall outlet as well as the projector.
The projector is not set to the “OFF” Mode. Connect the power cord to the P7+. Connect the
other end of the power cord into the wall power
source. Toggle the “On/ O” switch to the “OFF”
Position.
When the projector is fully charged, the LED light
on the side of the projector will turn green. Allow
approximately 3-4 hours to fully charge the the
projector.
