Disabling the Alarm
1. In the Nokia Health Mate® app, go to Devices.
2. Tap Alarm.
3. Put your Nokia Steel HR close enough to your mobile device.
4. Tap the Alarm toggle to disable the alarm.
5. Tap the back arrow at the top left of the screen.
Your alarm is disabled.
Stopping the Alarm
You can stop the alarm by pressing the button of your Nokia Steel HR. It will stop right
away instead of vibrating eight times before stopping on its own.
