The pump does
not discharge
water
1.Air leakage at the inlet pipe interface
2.Damaged seals
3.Bottom valve and impeller are blocked or
damaged

1.Fasten the pipeline-interface

1.The head or suction head is too high
2.The filter screen or impeller is blocked

Motor
overheat
1.The motor voltage is low
2.Water ingress into the motor or damp coil

4.The water pump is idling, or the outlet is
blocked

2.Prevent water from entering or drying the
coil
3.Replace the bearing
4.Prevent idling or blocking of outlet
The motor does

1.Check the circuit and cable
2.Adjust the mechanical assembly clearance

1.If you want to mend or maintain, please close the two-end taps
and let the pump cool down. Then you can maintain, avoiding
scalding or the steam or hot liquid, which come out from the inside
pressure system.
2.Cut off the power supply.
3.Only expert staff can install or perform maintenance.
