TROUBLESHOOTING
The following Troubleshooting guide is provided to help you resolve issues
that may arise with common usage of the machine.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON HOW TO FIX
No Power ›Power cord not plugged in
›Power Button not turned on
›Plug power cord into wall outlet
›Push Power Button to Carpet or Tool
depending on need
Pulling handle back
lifts front of machine ›Handle is in locked position
›While pressing Easy Lift Tank Caddy down,
pull straight back on the Main Handle to
release Main Handle into cleaning position
No / Low Spray
›Not pressing Soap & Scrub Solution
Button
›Clean Water Tank is empty or low
›Clean Water Tank is not seated
or installed correctly
›Power Button is in the incorrect
position
›Valve of Clean Water Tank is clogged
›Press and hold Soap & Scrub Solution Button
›Fill Clean Water Tank with water and solution
›Lift up Clean Water Tank, and place back into
position. Tank should click into place when
positioned properly
›Verify that the Power button is in the correct
position depending on usage
›Remove valve from bottom of Clean Water Tank.
Clean with warm soapy water and replace
No / Low Suction
›Dirty Water Tank Is full
›Dirty Water Tank is not seated /
installed correctly
›Easy Lift Caddy is not installed
correctly
›Power Button is in the incorrect
position
›Vacuum Hose Port on the Dirty
Water Tank is not fully sealed
›Empty Dirty Water Tank and replace empty
tank when finished
›Lift up Dirty Water Tank and place back
into position
›Please refer to page 10, Easy Lift Caddy section,
to re-install the Easy Lift Caddy.
›Double check the Power Button, and
ensure it is on the desired mode (Carpet
is for carpet cleaning; Tool is for powered,
optional accessories)
›Press the black flap into the Vacuum Hose Port
tightly
Rotating Brush Roll
Doesn’t Rotate
›Not Pressing Soap and Scrub Solution
Button
›Machine is not the Carpet mode
›If something is lodged in the Brush
Roll, Brush Roll will stop rotating
and Brush Jam Indicator Light
will turn on
›Press Soap and Scrub Solution Button on Handle
›Push Power Button to Carpet
›Turn machine o and unplug power cord from
outlet. Check that there is nothing stopping
the Brush Roll from rotating. When the Brush
Roll jam has been cleared, plug in the machine
and turn the machine on to reset the Brush Roll
