Ingredients:

Buffalo Sauce

1 tbsp unsalted butter

/3 cup hot sauce

1 tsp honey

1 dash garlic powder

Cauliower

4 cups cauliower orets, sliced into

¼ inch pieces

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions: (Temperature: 400°F Time: 15 minutes)

1. Toss cauliower with oil. Place cauliower orets into Air Fryer in 2 batches. Fry at 400°F

for 15 minutes, shaking once or twice throughout the cycle.

2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add hot sauce, honey, and garlic

powder to the butter and whisk to combine.

3. Toss the cauliower orets with the hot sauce mixture and drain any extra sauce. Serve

immediately.
