USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO APPLY YOUR JOINT WRAP
Note: Some wear of the exterior pad fabric may be seen over time; this is normal and will
not affect the performance of the heating pad. Use caution when fastening straps to prevent
hook fasteners from touching clothing.
HOW TO APPLY TO ELBOW – SEE FIGURE 2
1. Position wrap so Controller Connector (Figure 1, number 7) is hanging down. Insert hand
into Fabric Sleeve (Figure 1, number 2) and pull the wrap up aligning the Sunbeam logo
to the elbow. See Figure 2A.
2. The Elastic Fastening Straps (Figure 1, number 5) stretch for size adjustability and a
comfortable fit. Use available hand to wrap each strap around the arm and secure in
place by attaching the Strap Hook Fastener (Figure 1, number 6) directly to the Exterior
Pad Fabric (Figure 1, number 1) or onto the strap itself. See Figure 2B.
3. To remove wrap, detach and unwrap Elastic Fastening Straps and pull arm out of Fabric Sleeve.

hot or cold application to the joint is 20 minutes, up to three times a day, unless otherwise
directed.
