Problem Solution
No Heat
No Power
1. Verify tight connection between pad and controller.
2. Verify AC outlet is functional.
3. Verify no physical damage to the cord, controller or pad.
If failure continues, discontinue use. See warranty
information to contact Sunbeam Consumer Service.
Pad has No Heat &
Controller ‘Auto-Off
Indicator is Flashing
Auto-Off feature is set to turn the unit off after 2 hours of
continuous use.
To re-start unit press the Control Button until desired
heat setting is reached.
Pad has a Hot Spot Ensure the pad is not folded, bunched, or crushed in any
area.
‘High’ Heat Setting
Indicator is Flashing
The ‘High’ Heat Setting Indicator light will start flashing
when connection is broken between pad & controller while
using the product.
1. To reset, simply connect pad & controller together
and press Control Button until desired heat setting is
reached.
2. If flashing light persists, an error has occurred.
Discontinue use of the product and see warranty
information to contact Sunbeam Customer Service.
Gel Pack is Leaking or
Punctured
Discontinue use and dispose of gel pack.
