◆ When the drain switch is in the “ON” position, it will take longer to
make ice, reducing the amount of ice made per hour.
If you don't want to reduce the amount of ice, then switch the drain
to the “OFF” position. This may cause a slight deterioration in the ice
quality.
How to use the drain switch
To have transparent ice or to reduce
scale in the water trough, turn the switch
to the "ON" position.
If you keep the drain switch in the
“ON” position,the unit will drain the
remaining part of the water in the ice
machine by flushing with clean water.
(about 1 Qt) after every ice cycle.
