PROBLEM SOLVING
Filter replacement
light is on
Ensure appliance is unplugged.
Remove HEPA filter as shown in this instruction manual.
HEPA filter should only be cleaned with a vacuum and soft
dusting brush. Take care not to damage filter.
Reinstall filters.
Power on as normal.
Hold the Timer Button [ ] for 3 seconds to reset the
sensor.
Appliance is not
powering on
Check appliance is plugged in and powered on.
Check that all filters are properly installed as shown in this
instruction manual.
Check the power button has been pressed.
Check in another socket.
The air exhausted
from the air purifier
smells
Clean the filters following the instructions in this manual.
Ensure the filters are completely dry before replacing.
ERROR CODES
E1 – Filters/Grille not properly assembled.
EU – Sensor failure – Turn off and contact us below.
E3 – Fan speed issue – Turn off and contact us below.
