Oversized bottles may have an impact on the number of bottles stored in the wine cabinet. ©30mm —>| |<— 75mm 215mm Use of temperature zones in the cooler Due to different temperature zones generated due to air circulation in the cooler. the upper area's temperature is the highest while the lower area has the lowest temperature. Arrangement of beverages Different beverages can be stored from top to bottom as follows: @Strong red wine @Rose and mild red wine @White wine @Champagne and spritzer We suggest to pour wine in temperatures below serving temp. as the wine would warm up quickly when pouring into a tumbler. Practical skills for wine storage ®Do not store bottled wine by box or case in the refrigerator. @The cork of the bottle shall always be moistened when putting into the cooler. Air space is not allowed between wine and cork. @The open-type bottle shelf is helpful. as it does not cut off air circulation. The air moisture that condensed on the bottle can be dried out swiftly. @The wine shall be allowed to rest before drinking: Place rose or red wine onto the table 2-5 hours before drinking and red wine 4-5 hours. so they can reach oo serving temp. White wine. on the contrary. can be served right on the table. • Page 10 - English - : Proper use of the Wine Cooler Serving temperatures The wine taste depends on the right pouring temperature; therefore it determines its flavor. We suggest the wines have reached the following temperatures when pouring: Wine Kinds Serving Temp Bordeaux red 18°C Barolo Louis Family dry red wine/Barolo 17°C Burgundy red/Bordeaux red 16°C Young Burgundy red 14°C Young red wine 12°C Young Beaujolais/all white wines with little residual sugar is Old white wines/Chardonnay 10°C Sherry 9°C Young white wines from late vintage 8°C Pay attention to room temperature and ventilation The cooler cannot operate normally in room temperature below +16°C. If this happens. the temperature inside the refrigerator will become too low and cause damage to the items that are sensitive to temperature. When room temperature is higher than +32°C and humidity reaches 75%RH. it will cause ( A frost to condense on the cooler’s glazed door. Energy Conservation @The Cooler shall be placed in q dry and ventilated room. The cooler cannot be put under direct sunlight or next to a heat source (Such as radiator. stove. etc.). and a suitable insulation board shall be applied if necessary. @Try to shorten opening times of the cooler's door. @Put beverage into the cooler after it has cooled down.
