5. Close the CLICKTIGHT.
A click helps conrm the
CLICKTIGHT is secure.
NOTE: The child seat is
secure when it cannot be
moved front-to-back or
side-to-side more than
1 in. (2.5 cm) at the belt
path. If the child seat
is not secure, repeat
the installation or use a
different seating location.
6. Firmly press the tether
hook over a designated
vehicle tether anchor.
Remove slack.
7. Secure excess webbing
with the elastic strap.
9 All connections are secure and strap is not twisted.
9 Child restraint cannot be moved front to back or side to side
more than 1 in. (2.5 cm) at the belt path. If the child restraint
is not secure, repeat the installation or use a different
seating location.
9 Excess top tether webbing is contained within your vehicle
and secured.
