Care Of Your Opener THE REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Once a Month
• Manually operate door,. If it is unbalanced or binding,
call a trained door systems technician,.
• Check to be sure door opens and closes fully._Adjust
limits and/or force if necessary (see pages 28 and 29)
, Repeat the safety reverse test. Make any necessary
adjustments (see Adjustment Step 3)
Once a Year
• Oil door rollers, bearings and hinges. The opener does
not require additional lubrication.Do not grease the door
tracks,

• If battery is swallowed,immediately notify doctor..

clip or screwdriver blade to pry
open the case as shown., insert

Dispose of old battery properly.,

possible,. Pull down on the
emergency release handle (so
that the trolley release arm snaps
into a vertical position)and lift the Trolley
door manually..The lockout ReleaseArm

lowered manually as often as
