When Something Isn't Working
Problem
Possible Cause Solution
•
• Battery not installed well • Make sure the battery is fully inserted.
• Battery depleted • Charge the battery.
• Lock-off button not
depressed
• Depress the lock-off button fully and
then squeeze the On/Off switch.
• Battery too cold • Remove battery from snow shovel.
Place battery on charger and allow to
charge for 10 minutes. Remove from
charger and install in snow shovel
for use.
• Drive belt worn or damaged • Contact the service center for replacing.
• Auger worn or damaged • Contact the service center for replacing.
• Discharge blocked • Switch off the snow shovel, remove
the battery pack, and clean the
discharge.
• Drive belt worn or damaged • Contact the service center for replacing.
• Auger worn or damaged • Contact the service center for replacing.
• Scraper blade worn
• Replace the scraper blade.
• Driver belt damaged • Contact the service center for replacing.
• Scraper blade worn • Replace the scraper blade.
