REAR DEFLECTOR
The rear deflector, attached betwean the rear
wheels ofyour lawn mower, isprovided to
minimize the possibilitythat objects willbe
thrown out the reer of the lawn rnower intothe
operators mowing posltlen. If the rear
deflector becomas damaged, itshould he
repiaced.
TO ADJUST HANDLE
The handle on your lawn mower has three (3)
height positions - adjust to height that suits
you.
Squeeze the bottom ends of tower handie
towards each other untilthe pin in handle
can be inserted intoone of the three height
adjustmentholes.

Yourangine speed has been factory set. Do

Besurethat allnuts,bolts,screws,and pins
are securelyfastened. Inspect moving
partsfordamage, breakageand wear.

Touchup all rustedorchippedpaint
surfaces;sandlightlybeforepainting.
HANDLE
You can fold your lawn mower handle for
storage.
Loosen the two (2) handle knobs on sides of
the upper handle and allow handle to fold
down to the rear.
Squeeze the bottom ends of lower hendle
toward each other untilpins in handle clear
the brackets and pivot entire handle
assembly forward and allow itto reston
mower.
When setting up your handle from the
storage position, the lower handle will
require manually locking intothe mowing
position.
IMPORTANT: When folding the handle for
storage or transportation be sure to fold the
handle as shown or you may damage the
controlcables.
