Place the tack in the lowest position (A).
Insert the probe into the meat. See the
Using the probe secdon.
Plug the probe into the outlet in the
oven. Make sure it is pushed all the wa}
in. Close the oven door;
Touch PROBE
Fordoubleovenmodelsonly,touch
UPPEROVENor LOWEROVENto select
the desiredoven.
Touch OK
Touch the numbet_ to set the
desired internal meat tempet>mue.
(The maxinmm internal tempet>mue
for the fbod that you can set is 200°F,)
Touch ENTER,
Touch CONVECT/ONROAST
Touch the numbet_ to set the desired
oven tenlpeDtt//Ie.
Touch ENTER.
Touch START
The oven will mrn on immediately and sta)
on until the oven is turned oK
The com_cfion fan will mrn on (after a short
delay) and IO0°F will appear in the screen.
(The tempet'amre display will start to change
once the internal tempet'4ture of the meat
reaches lO0°E)
Mter the internal tempet'4ture of the
meat reaches lO0°E the changing internal
tempet'amre will be shcm_ in the display
_When the internal temperature of the
meat reaches the number you have set,
the probe and the o_n mrn off and the
oven control signals. To stop the signal,
touch the CLEAR/OFFpad. Use hot pads
to remo_ the probe fiom the food. Do
not use tongs to pull on it--they might
damage it.
CAUT/ON:Topreventpossible
burns, do not unplug the probe from the ovenoutlet until
the oven has coolat Do not store the probein the oven.
NOTE:
fftheprobeisremovedfromthefoodbeforethe
finaltemperatureisreached,a tonewillsoundand
thescreenwillpremptuntiltheprobeisremoved
fromtheoven.
