CREATE A CUSTOM WORKOUT
Manual mode (which is the default mode) allows you to create a workout
with custom time and speed.
Use the remote control to begin a ‘manual mode’ workout:
1. Press the Power button to turn the control panel on to enter ‘standby
mode.’ Manual mode is selected by default and “HR” appears in the
time window (the default time is 15 minutes).
