IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from
openings and moving parts of the appliance and its accessories.
• Use only the type and amount of liquids specified in this guide.
• Unplug charger from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
• Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used
by or near children.
• Use only as described in the user guide.
• Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
• Do not use with damaged charger, cord or plug.
• Do not immerse in water or liquid.
• If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged,
left outdoors, or dropped into water: do not attempt to operate it and
have it repaired at an authorized service center.
• Do not pull or carry charger by the cord, use cord as a handle, close a
door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run
appliance over cord.
• Keep charger away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug charger by pulling on cord.
• To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle charger, including charger plug and charger terminal,
with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings.
• Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and
anything that may reduce air flow.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Keep batteries out of reach of children.
• The battery is to be disposed of safely.
• Turn OFF all controls before plugging or unplugging appliance.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as
gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not pick up toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner,
etc.).
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes,
matches or hot ashes.
• Do not use appliance in an enclosed space filled with vapors given off
by oil-based paint, some moth-proofing substances, flammable dust, or
other explosive or toxic vapors.
• Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins,
etc.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF-position
before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance
with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that can turn the
switch on invites accidents.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery
may cause irritation or burns.
• Do not use appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or
modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire,
explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to
fire or temperature above 130°C/265°F may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance
outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging
improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may
damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the
product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in
the instructions for use and care.
• Keep the temperature range of between 4-40°C/40-104°F when
charging battery, storing machine or during use.
• Only use with the following charger; Mass Power Electronic Ltd., Model
S030-1B297100HU.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger
that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire
when used with another battery pack.
• Plastic film can be dangerous. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep away
from children.
• Liquid must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical
components.
• Use only BISSELL cleaning products intended for use with this appliance
to prevent internal component damage. See the Cleaning Formulas
section of this guide.
• If the charger supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to
avoid a hazard.
• Battery pack and charger output terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Do not charge the unit outdoors.
• Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. The
batteries can explode in a fire.
• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when
removing the battery.
• Dispose of used batteries promptly.
• This appliance contains lithium ion type batteries that are only
replaceable by skilled persons and are not user-replaceable.
• The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
• Do not turn the appliance ON until you are familiar with all instructions
and operating procedures.
• If the pins of the plug parts are damaged, the plug-in power supply
shall be scrapped.

Assembly and Charging
Note: For maximum run time (up to 30 minutes in Eco mode), charge for 4 hours before use.
1. To install hose clip, insert
into back of machine and rotate
clockwise until it clicks.
2. Wrap hose around bottom
of machine and place on hose
clip.
3. Turn machine OFF. The
charging port door slides out
of the way when charger is
inserted. Insert charger into
port. Plug charger into a wall
outlet.
4. The battery status indicator
lights will illuminate when
charging.

Filling the Formula Tank
This machine is compatible with BISSELL® formulas made for portable carpet cleaners. Always use
genuine BISSELL formulas in your machine. Use of other cleaning formulas may harm the machine.
1. Choose your formula.* 2. Lift clean water tank up to
remove.
3. Unscrew cap.
4. Add water to the line based
on the size of your mess.
Small Area: 14 oz
Large Area: 28 oz
5. Add formula to the line
based on the size of your mess.
Small Area: 2 oz
Large Area: 4 oz
6. Tighten cap back into place.
Align clean tank with groove
on machine and slide down
until it clicks.
*Compatible BISSELL formulas include: PET PRO Oxy Spot & Stain, Advanced PET Spot & Stain,
OXYGEN BOOST, Simply Spot & Stain Pet

Using Your Machine
Before You Clean
• Ensure your machine is fully charged.
• Vacuum to remove loose dirt from areas to be cleaned.
• Spray any BISSELL stain pretreat formula on soiled areas and allow to sit for a few minutes.
• Tip: For upholstery, work in small sections until area is clean.
Attaching and Using the Tools
1. Unwrap hose. Attach your
desired tool to end of hose
grip until it clicks.
2. Press power button ON. 3. Select cleaning mode. See
below for more information.
4. Point tool above stain and
press and hold trigger to mist
solution over affected area.
5. Release spray trigger
and gently scrub stain using
bristles.
6. Apply firm downward
pressure with tool and slowly
pull it toward you to remove
stain. Release trigger and
make “dry passes” to remove
any remaining moisture.
Repeat as needed until no
water can be seen in nozzle.
Turbo Mode
HIGHEST SUCTION POWER
Ideal for pet messes, spills, and tough
stains. Run time up to 18 minutes.
Eco Mode
ENERGY-EFFICIENT POWER
Ideal for cleaning upholstery, hard surfaces,
and auto interiors. Run time up to 30 minutes.

Use HydroRinse tool to clean out your hose after each use.
1. Attach tool to end of hose
grip until it clicks.
2. Hold hose and tool in an
upright position with machine
ON. Hold down trigger for 30
seconds. Be sure to empty
dirty water tank after use.

1. Empty dirty water tank
when it reaches “MAX” line. Do
not let water level fill above
the MAX line.
2. Remove dirty water tank by
tilting outward and carry to a
disposal area.
3. Pull up on dirty tank lid to
remove.

4. Pour out dirty water and
rinse tank.
5. Reinstall tank lid. 6. Insert bottom of tank first
and push top of tank toward
machine until it clicks into
place.

Cleaning and Storing Your Machine
NOTICE: To reduce the risk of a leaking condition, do not store where freezing may occur. Damage to internal components may
result. Store machine in protected, dry area at room temperature (40°F - 104°F).

1. Remove and rinse tools
under clean, running water.
Allow tools to dry.
2. Press release lever on hose
to remove from machine.
3. Rinse hose with clean water.
Lift end of hose and stretch to
ensure all water is removed.
4. Let hose dry completely
before reattaching. It will click
into place.
5. Wrap hose for storage.
Store indoors in a secure,
dry location.
