maintained,lubricatedand tunedup accordingto theinstructionsin theowner's

materialorworkmanship.Warrantyserviceisavailablefreeof chargebyreturningyour
Craftsmanridingequipmentto yournearestSearsServiceCenter. In-homewarranty
serviceisavailablebutatripchargewillapply.Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhilethis
productis intheUnitedStates.
ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomewornduringnormaluse,suchas blades,spark
plugs,air cleaners,beltsandoil filters.
• Tire replacementor repaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,
thorns,stumps,orglass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbut notlimitedto, damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityof the ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeorcrankshaft,orover speedingthe engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto,
electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedby improperstorage,failureto usethe
propergradeandamountofengineoil, failureto keepthedeckclearof flammable
debris,or thefailuretomaintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructionscon-
tainedin theowner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto be contami-
natedoroxidized(stale).In general,fuelshouldbe usedwithinthirty(30)daysofits
purchasedate.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialorrentalpurposes.A productis"usedfor
commercialpurpose"if is usedfor anypurposeotherthan singlefamilyhousehold
dwellingsor in usagewhereprofitis made.

Forninety(90)daysfromdateof purchase,ifany batteryincludedwiththisriding
equipmentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandour testingdeterminesthe
batterywillnotholda charge,Searswillreplacethebatteryat nocharge.Warranty
serviceisavailablefreeof chargeby returningyourCraftsmanridingequipmentto
yournearestSearsServiceCenter. In-homewarrantyserviceisavailablebutatrip
