USING THE REMOTE TO OPERATE THE TRIMLITE
1. On/Off Button: Press to turn on/off the
control panel.
2. Start Button: Ensure the control panel is
turned ON. Press the button to activate the
selected program or begin a custom workout
in manual mode. When the workout is paused,
press the button to resume the workout.
3. Program/Mode (P) Button: Press the button
to select a preset workout program (P1–P9)
or to select manual mode (HA).
4. Speed Increase/Decrease (High/Low)
Buttons: Press the buttons to set the
vibration speed level, from 1–99. The default
speed level is 1.
5. Time Increase/Decrease (+/-) Buttons:
Press the buttons to set a time duration,
from 1–15 minutes, in one-minute
increments.
6. Pause Button: Press the button to pause the
selected workout.
7. Speed Toggle (M) Button: Press to toggle the
vibration speed between 20, 50, and 80.
8. Quick Speed Buttons:
Walk: Set speed to 30.
Jog: Set speed to 60.
Run: Set speed to 90.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE CONTROL PANEL TO OPERATE THE TRIMLITE
1. On/Off Button: Press the button once to turn on the control panel (to
standby mode). Press again to turn off the control panel. The control
panel will automatically power off after 1 minute of inactivity.
2. Time Increase/Decrease Buttons: Press the buttons to set the working
time, from 1–15 minutes, in one-minute increments. The default
working time is 15 minutes. The set time shows on the Time Display.
3. Program/Mode (P) Button: Press the button to toggle through the nine
preset programs, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9, and manual mode
(HA). The selected program/mode shows on the Time/Program Display.
4. Speed Increase/Decrease Buttons: Press the buttons to set the
vibration speed level, from 1–99, in increments of 1. The default speed
level is 1. The selected speed shows on the Speed Display.
5. Start/Stop Button: Press once to start the selected preset program or
manual mode. Press a second time to pause the workout. Press a third
time to resume the workout.
6. Speed Display: Shows vibration speed for the current program/mode.
7. Remote: Infrared receiver window for the remote control.
8. Time/Program Display: Shows the program or mode selected.
Shows the time duration for the current program/mode, in MM:SS
(minutes:seconds).

MODES
Standby Mode: The control panel powered on, but no program is in progress.
Program Mode: Choose from preset workout programs (P1–P9).
Manual Mode (HA): Set your own workout duration and vibration speed.
