General problems with the washing machine
Problem Cause and remedy
Steam comes out of the
detergent dispenser
drawer while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
Steam may emerge from the detergent dispenser
drawer, depending on the amount of laundry and
the ambient temperature.
Noises while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
These noises occur when steam is being generated
and when steam is being injected into the drum.
A load value is dis-
played in the pull-down
menu when the drum is
empty. A load value
<25% is displayed
when the drum is full.
There was laundry inside the drum when the washing
machine was switched on. As a result, the loading
sensor zero point was set incorrectly.
Empty the drum and switch the washing machine
off and back on again.
