LUG MOUNTED WHEELS (See Figure 16)
1. With the Fun-Kart on the ground, loosen all lug
nuts (1).
2. Jack up the Fun-Kart to raise the wheel off the
ground.
3. Remove lug nuts and replace wheel.
_1_ WARNING: The threads on the nuts and
studs must be inspected to ensure they are in
good condition. Lug nuts must be properly
tightened to prevent wheels from falling off.
4. Install lug nuts (cone side towards wheel) finger
tight.
5. Lower Fun-Kart to the ground.
6. Tighten tug nuts in a criss-cross pattern to 80 ft Ib
of torque.
7. After two hours of operation, check wheel lug nut
torque.
