INSTALLINGTHE HEAD (FIG. D)
TheDrill Press head is very heavy and MUST be lifted
withthe help of 2 PEOPLE OR MORE, to safely
assemblethe DrillPress head on the column.
1. Carefullyliftthe head (1) above the column (2) and
slide itonto the column. Make sure the head slides
down over the column as far as possible.Align the
head with the base.
2, Using the hex wrench, tighten the two head lock set
screws (3) on the right side ofthe head.

FENCE ASSEMBLY (RG. F)
This drillpress has a channeledtabletop.
1. Determine the desiredlocationfor the fenco (1).Slide
theT-blocks(2) into_ appropriatechannels as
shown.
2. Alignthe mountingholesof thefence overthe T-block's
threaded holes.
3. Placea washer (3) on the threaded end ofthe knob(4).
Insertthe knobthrough the mountingholeofthe fence
intotheT-block,and tighten.
4. Repeat forthe otherknobandT-block.

1. Locate three feed handles in the loose parts bag.
2. Screw the feed handles (1) intothe threaded holss(2)
in the hub (3). Tighten.
