Horizontal to Horizontal
In the next example, the same box dimensions are used except
the exit tting now creates a pipe exit horizontally instead of
vertically. The entry tting angle of 43.44° and pipe length of
39 and 15/16 inches remain the same since the dimensions in
this example are the same (if they were different, steps 1 and 2
on the previous pages could be repeated to calculate them).
However, by re-orienting the box dimensions to show the
Advance on the same plane as the horizontal exit tting
(Diagram 3), the exit tting angle can easily be solved using the
Rolling Offset feature.
