IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS HEATER.
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD
ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK AND
PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
When switching on the appliance for the first time, allow it to run at full
power for about two hours to get rid of the unpleasant smell. Make sure that
the room in which the appliance is located is well ventilated during this
operation. It is normal for the appliance to emit small cracking sounds when
you turn it on if the first time.

1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2.
This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch
hot surfaces. Use handle when moving the unit. Keep flammable
materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains
at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front and top of the heater and keep them
away from the sides and rear of the heater. Keep the rear grille away
from walls or drapes so as not to block the air intake.
3. Extreme caution and supervision is necessary when any heater is used
near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and
unattended.

Always unplug heater when not in use.
5. Do not use any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater
malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard
heater or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or
repair.
6. Do not use outdoors.

This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas or other
similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a
bathtub or other water container.
8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs,
runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or
appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic areas and place it where it will
not be tripped over.

To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
10. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
This plug is intended to fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
consult a qualified electrician. Do not connect the heater to extension
cords, surge protectors, timers, direct breakers, or an outlet with other
appliances connected to the same outlet. Risk of fire, overheat,
malfunction, property damage, injury, or even death may result if not
adhered to!

Connect to properly polarized outlets only.

Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter ventilation or exhaust
openings, as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the
heater.
13. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any
manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may
become blocked.
14.
A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas
where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.

15. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, injury
to persons or other damage to property.

This heater must be plugged into a 120V, 15 amp (or more) circuit of its
own. Nothing else can be plugged into the same circuit. If unsure if you
home meets this specification, consult a certified electrician prior to use.
Risk of fire, overheat, malfunction, property damage, injury, or even
death may result if not adhered to!
17. To prevent overload and blown fuses, be sure that no other appliance is
plugged into the same outlet or into another outlet wired into the same
circuit.

It is normal for the heaters plug and cord to feel warm to the touch. A
plug or cord that becomes hot to the touch or becomes distorted in shape
may be a result of a worn electrical outlet. Worn outlets or receptacles
should be replaced prior to further use of the heater. Plugging heater into
a worn outlet/receptacle may result in overheating of the power cord or
fire.

Ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the potential
of tipping over.
20. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with
an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet /power strip).
21. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into appropriate receptacle. Please
remember that receptacles also deteriorate due to aging and continuous
use: check periodically for signs of overheating or deformations evidenced
by the plug. Do not use the receptacle and CALL your electrician.
22. Check that neither the appliance nor the power cable has been damaged
in any way during transportation.
23. Make sure that no pieces of polystyrene or other packaging material have
been left between elements of the appliance. It may be necessary to pass
over the appliance with a vacuum cleaner.
24. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
CAUTION: To prevent electric shock, match wide blade of plug to wide slot,
fully insert.

INTENDED USE:
This product is intended for indoor residential and office use only, not for
industrial or other commercial application. Use only with electrical wiring
that is in good working order and that meets applicable codes and
ordinances. This heater must be plugged intoa 120V AC circuit. Do not pug
anything additional into the same circuit. If you have any questions
whether your wiring is adequate, consult a qualified electrician. Risk of fire,
overheating, malfunction, property damage, injury or even death result if
not adhered to
Use your heater-fan only with a working smoke detector located in the
vicinity of your heater/fan.
While using your heater/fan, you should follow the IMPORTANT
INSTRUCTIONS listed below. As part of those instructions, we have used
the wordWARNINGto indicate the level of hazard: WARNING indicates
a hazard which, if not avoided, could result in injury or death
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons,
including the following:

Use your heater only in dry environments. This heater is not intended for
use in a bathroom, laundry area, or similar locations, or near sinks, washing
machines, swimming pools or other sources of water. Never locate heater
where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. Do not use in
damp environments such as flooded basements.
Do not place the heater on a small, unlevel, uneven or any surface which
might allow heater to tip or fall.
For proper operation, heater should be placed on a smooth,
non-combustible surface. Do not place on rugs, carpet, vinyl flooring or
other plastic surfaces. Not for use outdoors or in wet areas.
This heater is not designed as a primary heat source.
Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with
an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

USAGE
HEATER OPERATION: Always operate the heater in the upright position

following all instructions and recommendations listed in this manual
HEATER LOCATION: Place the heater in the area of the room that is coldest.
HEATER CONNECTION: Plug heater directly
Into 120 volt A.C., 60Hz wall outlet. Be sure plug fits tightly in outlet. A
loose connection may cause overheating and damage to the plug or heater.
NOTE: To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the heater into a circuit
that is servicing other electrical needs.
Instructions to use
TURNING HEATER ON:
3-D Flame Switch - For Flame Effect Only- Slide Switch main power ON/OFF
switch button to ON position to have the flame effect without any heater
functions.
For Low Heat - Switch Slide main power ON/OFF switch button to ON
position and press Slide switch
I
button for 750Wto ON position.
For High Heat - Switch Slide main power ON/OFF button switch to ON
position and press slide both switch I button and switch II button
at the same time for 1500W to ON position.
SETTING THERMOSTAT - After heater has been turned on and the room has
reached the desired temperature, slowly rotate the thermostat knob

counter-clockwise until the heater shuts off (you should hear a faint click)
By leaving the thermostat at the setting it will automatically maintain this
temperature. To lower the temperature, rotate the knob further
counter-clockwise towards the LOW(-) position. To raise the temperature,
rotate the thermostat knob clockwise towards the HIGH(+) position.
TURNING OFF - Switch the Main Power On/Off power button to OFF
position to discontinue use. The Low Heat Switch and High Heat Switch can
remain in any position and will have no power. They will continue to have
the same set functions when the heater is turned back on. Heater should
be unplugged when not in use.

SETTING THERMOSTAT: After heater has been turned on and the room has
reached the desired temperature, slowly rotate the thermostat knob
counter-clockwise until the heater shuts off (you should hear a faint click)
By leaving the thermostat at the setting it will automatically maintain this
temperature. To lower the temperature, rotate the knob further
counter-clockwise towards the LOW(-) position. To raise the temperature,
rotate the thermostat knob clockwise towards the HIGH(+) position.
TURNING OFF: Turn the Main Power On/Off power switch OFF to
discontinue use. The Low Heat Switch and High Heat Switch can remain in
any position and will have no power. They will continue to have the same
set functions when the heater is turned back on. Heater should be
unplugged when not in use.
Overheating safe device
If the heater stops working, turn the heater off and inspect the blockage of
inlet or outlet. Disconnect the plug and wait at least 10 minutes for the
protection system to reset before attempting to restart the heater. If the
safe device still switches the heater off and makes the heater fail to operate,
take the heater to your nearest service center for examination or repair.
Attention: before restarting the heater, the plug must be disconnected for
at least 10 minutesIMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
The heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection device
located inside the body of the heater. If the heater grille is obstructed, or if
the heater gets too hot for any reason, the automatic overheat protection
device will turn the heater off. To reset the heater, simply turn power off
and unplug the heater for 10 minutes until it cools down and you may plug
the heater in and restart the heater. Be sure that the heater is on a smooth
level surface with no obstructions.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. CLEANING: CAUTION-Before cleaning the heater be sure to disconnect
power cord and allow the heater to cool completely.
2. Clean the outside surface with a clean damp cloth.
3. Do not use harsh chemical or abrasive cleaners. D
4. DO NOT IMMERSE THE HEATER IN WATER. Allow heater to dry
completely before use.
5. Use a vacuum or duster to keep heat and vent area clean and free of
dust and dirt.
LEG ASSEMBLY:
Simple assembly is required if the legs of your heater arrive unassembled
Using a screwdriver, thread three screws through the holes in each leg as
illustrated in Fig.1 below and tighten them down counter-clockwise onto
the underside of the heater. Please note: extra screws are provided, you
may have some left over after assembly.
REPAIR:
DO NOT OPERATE THE HEATGER WITHOUT THE GRILLE IN PLACE. DO NOT
USE THE HEATER IF IT HAS MALFUNCTIONED OR BECOME DAMAGED IN
ANY WAY. DO NOT REMOVE BACK COVER OF HEATER; NO SERVICEABLE
PARTS.

WARRANTY
AIR CHOICE warrants this product against defects in materials and/or
workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of
purchase by the original purchaser (Warranty Period). If a defect arises and a
valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, AIR CHOICE will
either 1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement
parts, or 2) replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally
equivalent to the original product, or provide a store credit in the amount of the
purchase price of the original product. A replacement product or part, including
a user-installable part installed in accordance with instructions provided by AIR
CHOICE, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a
product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and
the replaced item becomes AIR CHOICE s property. When a store credit is given,
the original product must be returned to AIR CHOICE and becomes AIR CHOICE
s
property. To obtain warranty service, e-mail AIR CHOICE Limited Warranty
Service at Support@airchoiceproducts.com. Please be prepared to describe the
product that needs service and the nature of the problem.
This warranty does not apply to:
a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product
use or
the installation of components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse,
fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; c) damage caused by service
performed by anyone who is not a representative of AIR CHOICE; d) accessories
used in conjunction with a covered product; e) a product or part that has been
modified to alter functionality or capability; f) items intended to be periodically
replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product including,
without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; g) any product soldas isincluding,
without limitation, floor demonstration models and refurbished items; or h) a
product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose.
